    Tender For 2000143874_Pre Monsoon Roofing Work - Csp 2000143874 10 10 10 ROOF GUTTER CLEANING JOBS INCLUDING 2,500 M 20 Labor charge for Roof waterproofing incl 3,000 M2 30 Labor charge for Roof waterproofing incl 16,000 M2 40 MS SHEET CORNER REPAIR 250 M 50 INSTALLATION OF EXHAUST FAN. 50 NO 60 UNSKILLED MANPOWER SUPPORT 50 TAG Email : DHIREN.PATEL@AMNS.IN Contact : Name : Dhiren Patel Item Details : Scope of Work- Vendor # To do the roof shade sheet changing, gutter cleaning, turbo ventilator servicing and shade sheet water proofing job at CSP MILL as per requirement, If leakage found after this repair work, must be done free of cost. All consumable material including Sheet Fasteners, material lifting belts, Certified Drill machines,all PPEs, safety gears, fall arrester, crawling ladder, and other allied equipment will be in contractor’s scope. # All safety measures to be taken care with W@H certification of workers. Full body harness with double lanyard and lifeline rope must be used by workers. Instruction of Red Scorpion to be followed while job execution. # All required material for job completion. # Medically fit labour only allows to work # Contractor Must submit their Method Statement with rescue plan and get it approved from M/s AMNS In charge Before job starting. Scope of Work- AMNS AMNS will Issue Work Permit, arrange necessary power supply, mobile crane for sheet lifting and Tailor/Dumper for sheet placement near to mobile crane approach. Certification of Permanent Horizontal lifeline will be in M/s AMNS Scope. Specific Penalty for non-performance by vendor and must be cardinally measured. • Contract cell must decide about penalty <(>&<)> non-compliance of jobs. • 20% penalty of claimed amount to be imposed if job not completed on time. • No loose sheet should be left at Roof shade after job completion.
