3Same as item No 01 above but plain steel sheet as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges, flashing, eaves board valley gutter of any shape, cut to designed shape (Jhhallar) etc and incl dismantling old sheets, complete all as specified.
4Same as item No 01 above but except sheeting and incl dismantling old sheets, complete all as specified.
5S&F Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting Thickness in 0.63 mm with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws complete.
6Same as item No 04 above but plain steel sheet as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges, flashing, eaves board valley gutter of any shape etc and incl dismantling old sheets, complete all as specified.
7S&F aluminium flat sections as in wind tie.
8M&L for Mild steel work in tubular trusses/frames ,including special shaped washer etc., as like purlins, rafters, iron doors, ladders, framed balustereds, walk ways railing, frameworks of water tank and similar workscomplete using ERWor induction butt welded type conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade st. 240 and incl dismantling old iron/mild steel work complete all as specified and directed.
9M&L for 2nd class hard wood as in plain, solid, straight chawkhats and frames, wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered , put to gather with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
10Excavation in posts holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cubic metre, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distancenot exceeding 50metre and good surface in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.
11Material & Labour for Plain Cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, shelves, copings, bed plates, hold fasts, plinth courses, filling in presserd steel frame and the like finished fair and even incl necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.
12M&Lpreparing new/old surfaces of wood or wood based material exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats ofsynthetic enamel paint over a coat of wood primer.
13M&L forpreparing new/old steel surfaces exc 10cm girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paintover a coat of red oxide primer all as specified.
14Dismantling walls or ceiling boards (fibre,plup insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In- Charge.
15S&F False ceiling at all heights of 600x600x16mm mineral fibre ceiling tiles of type classic lite RH-99 fine texture of "Amstrong" laid on newly exposed grid system and frame work of main runner & Hangers GI wire to be fixed by manufacturer approved pattern, complete all as spd & directed by Engr-in-chrge.
16S&F in repair GI metal suspended ceiling system OREO GI lay in plain of 600 x 600x 0.5mm (TEGULAR) Edge tiles in global white colour to be laid new grid system on strong 24mm T-section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on the main runner with web height of 38mm. the tiles should have humidity resistance of 100% with light reflection of 62% , complete all as spd & directed by Engr-in-chrge.Note: For above Ceiling items No. 14 & 15 (i) To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm centres securly fixed to the structural soffit at 1200 mm maximum centre. The first/last suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Hangers (GI wire of 4.0mm dia) to be fixed by approved roof plug , level ajdusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200 mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centre to form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer tahn 600mm require independant support. 600 x 600 mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be wall angles of size 3000 x 19 x 19mm, secured to walls at 450mm maximum centres (ii) Suspension system accessories consisting of HLC sleeve anchor fasterners of thread size 6.5mm x 25/5 with soffit cleat made of galvanised steel of size 27 x 37 x 25 x 1.6mm and level clip in dimensions of 85x30x0.8mm with 4mm GI wire. (iii) for Lafarge Board Gypsum ceiling; metal comprising of "LaGyp" universal channel (web 45 mm and flange 27mm base metal thickness (BMT) 0.55 mm and length 3660 mm to be used as main channel as well as ceiling channel complete."LaGyp" connecting clips, perimeter channel ( Size of web 28 mm, flange 18/30 mm and length 3660 mm, MBT 0.55 mm) and "L" angle (Lenght 3050 mm BMT 0.55 mm) with finally the board are to be Jinded and finished so as to have a flush look with which includes filling and finishing the tepered and square edges of the board with "LaGyp" easy joint Gypsum based jointing compound, "LaGyp" paper tape.The rate should include providing and laying two or more coats of oil bound distemper to give a neat and even finish including preparing the base with primor and scaffolding etc.
17Supply& fixing4 mm thick, AC plain building boards fixed to timber frame work with screws in ceilings, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directedby Engineer-in-Charge.
18Material & Labour forpreparing of newsurfaces of AC ceiling boards of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise describedand applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primercomplete all as specified and directedby Engineer-in-Charge.
19Material & Labour for 2nd class hard wood fillet square or rectangular in section clean sawn screwed with nails or brads of sectional area exc 6 Sqcm but not exc 13 Sqcm but bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
20S&F in repair, Prelaminated Medium density fibre board 18/19mm thick, interior grade pre laminated one side with decorative choice laminations and other side balancing white lamination, fixed to timber framework with screws as in walls panelling, almirah, kitchen cabinates etc, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
21M&L for external teak wood lipping (decorative), 6mm thick of block board or veneered particle board/MDF fixed with nails.
22Material & labour piano hings, mild steel bright finish width of flap 30mm fixed in repair includingtaking out the existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
23S&F magnetic catches 75mm brass body for use in cup boards of kitchen, ward robes etc. fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
24S&F 40mm dia cupboard knob of brass, polished,fixed with nut screw and washer, fixed as in repairscomplete all as specified and directedby Engineer-in-Charge.
25Dismantling of water tanks exc 250 ltrs capacity but not exc 500 ltr capicity and removal at site
26S&F Rotational moulded PVC, Triple layered, water storage tanks of capacity 500 litre (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI Marked, hoisted and fixed in position, with & including all fittings such as GI tank nipple(inlet & outlet) etc. but excluding connection of ball valve, over drain pipecomplete all as specified and directed.
27Dismantling of water tanks exc 500 ltrs capacity but not exc 1000 ltr capicity and removal at site
28S&F Rotational moulded PVC, Triple layered, water storage tanks of capacity 1000 litre (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI Marked, hoisted and fixed in position, with inlet & outlet connections with 15/20mm ball valve & including all fittings such as GI tank nipple 150 mm long with washer & plug etc, complete all as specified and directed.
29Supply and fixing 15mm bore tubes "medium grade" galvanized with and incl all fittings complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors and taking down old, complete all as specified & directed.
30Supply and fixing 20mm bore tubes "medium grade" galvanized with and incl all fittings complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors and taking down old, complete all as spd & directed.
31S&F in repairs gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel heads screwed both ends for 15mm bore iron pipe.
32S&F in repairs gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel heads screwed both ends for 20mm bore iron pipe
33Material & Labour brick work with sub class "B" bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg/Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 and incl dismantling of old brick work, complete all as specified & directed.
34Same as item No 32 above but except bricks all as specified.
35M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of newly brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.
36M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of old brick work or concrete surfaces at any height incl walls, cornices, chajjas, sun shadesetc. in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and with or without water proofing compound (2% 0f cement content) (External surface) incl necessary using scafolding or shuttering and taking down old plaster, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge. Note: If WPC used, then it will paid separately.
37Supply only Integral waterproofing compoundall as specified as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.
38M&L for untreated surfaces by applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.
39M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement(Internal surfaces) and taking down old plaster, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.
40M&L forfor applying3 mm thick (achieved in two coats) wall careputty of new undecorated plastered surfaces of wallcomplete all as specified and directed
41M&L preparatin of new / previously untreated surface walls & ceiling by applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) on wall surfaces over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.
42M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from internal surfaces on walls by wire brushes, sand paper and iron patti / flat & stopping of surfaces & leveling/ edging the disturbed places/edges and applyingcompound of wall care putty to obtain smooth regular/ even finish using sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali-resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
43M&L for preparation of old painted wood/steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified & directed.
44M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces with sand papering of walls incl cornices etc. incl washing, rubbing down and stopingthe connected previously treated surfaces and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior/interior quality (Apex painting) (tint as approved by GE) complete all as specified.
45Amount of credit of Rs. 397996.20 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule "A" section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
