Providing & installation of insulation covering for neutral conductor (ACSR Zebra) of 132 KV side bushing which is connected to earthing mat of the substation (15 mtr. X 2 X conductor)

Providing & installation of 33 KV grade insulation covering for neutral conductor (ACSR Zebra) which is connected to earthing mat of the substation (15 mtr. X 2 X 2 conductor)

Scope of work: a). Taking of shutdown of 132/33 KV, 30/36 MVA, Transformer-1.b). Dismantling/ disconnection of neutral conductor from bushing of transformer.c). Covering of appropriate insulation cover on surface of the conductors. d). Connection of insulated neutral conductor from earthing to the neutral bushing of the Transformer-1.Same process will be appiled for Transformer-2.Note: Dielectric constant at 50 Hz, Tensile Strength, Elongation and Water absorption test reports of supplied insulating materials are required from Govt./NABL Accrediated testing lab at the time of work.
