| 115 | M&L for water proofing treatment on roof surfaces in the following manner:- (a)The surfaces shall be painted with hot bitumen grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73 @ 1.20 kg / sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 litre /sqm. (b) Supply & lay 3 mm thick APP water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester matt laid using butane torch by torch application with a side lap of 10 cm & 15 cm end lap weighing not less than 3.5 kg / sqm. Note: - (i) Work to be carried out through authorised applicators of the manufactures and work will be carried out in complete / in patches in roofs (ii) Contractor shall submit written guarantee of 10 years from date of completion & submit security deposit @ 2.5% of executed amount or Rs 6250.00 which ever is more. |
