| 3 | M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new/ complete removal of existing treatment surfaces, including a coat of 1mm thick wall care puttyetc complete all as specified & directed. |

| 7 | M&L for applying two coats of Ist quality exterior emulsion weather coat over one coat of exterior primer at upto 11 storeied height bldg including all necessary scafolding/ jhulla etc complete all as specified & directed. |
| 8 | M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including scrapping down moulds, moss and loose particles and cleaning the surfaces by wire brushing and filling the voids with cement based wall care putty and making the surface even & fair and applying one coat of exterior emulsion weather coat 1st quality, of colour & shade as approved up to 11th storey of the building by using necessary scaffolding/ Jhulla with all safety measures complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Note for Srl item Nos 5 to 8:- (i)The stages of work shall be approved by the GE for all works of external periodical services & stage passing register shall be maintained by the contractor. (ii)The external periodical services work shall be carried out by authorised applicator of Asian paints or equivalent make as specified in PS as approved by the GE. (iii)The contractors shall provide the necessary insurance cover to all workers carrying out work in high rise building. (iv)Cleaning of window pain, cills & floors etc shall be done by the contractor after carrying out work.Cost of the same shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. |
