1Sweeping and cleaning of common area/ paved/ unpaved areaetc. in front and back of buildings/ residential quarters , staircase, roads, pathways and parking including disposal of garbage and other refuges/ rubbish to dumping site in township by rickshaw trolley etc all completeand as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Area to be cleaned daily in all working days/twice in a weekand as and when required, shall be about 33877 sq.m. per monthwith provision of rational deduction for not attending/ unsatisfactry the item while measuring for payment.)
2Cleaning available floor area and toiletsof Offices /Technical/ Administrative building as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge
3Proper and efficient cleaning & sweeping of the floors, staircase,corridors,lift,lobby"s and other space including removal of cobweb from ceiling and walls and disposal of garbage and other refuges/ rubbish to dumping site in townshipto the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete. (Area to be cleaned daily in all working days/twice in a weekand as and when required, shall be about 31293 sq.m. per monthwith provision of rational deduction for not attending/unsatishfactory execution of the item while measuringqtyfor payment)
4Wet mopping of all types of flooring / tiles including Cleaning of all kinds of spot like tea, spitting on wallsetc. all complete except cement concrete flooring with detergent powder or other approved floor cleaner before scheduled office opening time. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Area to be mopped daily in all working day/twice in a weekas and when required, shall be about 15030 sq.m. per monthwith provision of rational deduction for not attending/unsatisfactory execution of the item while measuringqtyfor payment)
5Proper and efficient cleaning and washing of the toilets,wash basins, urinals, W/C Seats, looking mirrors, sanitary fittings and fixtures etc. using approved toilet cleaner like Vim / Liquid soap/ Phenyle/ Sanifresh/ Harpic etc.including the cost of providing and filling liquid soap in soap containers, nepthelene balls, urinal cubes in wash basins / urinals (weekly or when empty, whichever is earlier) and cleaning of wall tiles/dado weekly etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete.(Area to be cleaned daily in all working day and as when required, shall be about 2323 sq.m. per monthwith provision of rational deduction for not attending/ unsatisfactory execution of the item while measuringqtyfor payment)
6Cleaning of covered / pipe drain (as and when required, for drains of size ranging from 300 x 450 mm to 600x 750 mm ) includingremoval of earth, silt, slush, brick bats, rubbish and all other refuges, i/c disposal of malba to Municipal dumping ground outside compound all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge . It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc.(The drain to be cleaned once in three months and as and when required ,shall be about 255 m.(quarterly) with provision of rational deduction for not attending/unsatisfactory execution of the item while measuring for payment.)
7Sweeping and Cleaning of open drain inside the compound wall complete and removal of garbage or other refuges, rubbish i/c disposal of malba toMunicipal dumping ground outside compound all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(The drain to be cleaned once in three months and as and when required ,shall be about 180 m.(quarterly) with provision of rational deduction for not attending/unsatisfactory execution of the item while measuring for payment.)
8Removing chokage of Manholes and its conneceting sewer lines, gully traps, WC,Bath & kitchen traps inside quarters as and when required i/c disposal of malba to Municipal dumping ground outside compound all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(1/2 days will be measured as one job)
9Clearing grass and removal of the rubbishoutside the compound at Municipal dumping ground.
10Providing unskilled labour for day to day maintenance purpose.
11Cleaning of over-head/under-ground tank by dewatering, removing the sludge, rubbing & cleaning with bleaching powder i/c writing date of cleaning on the tank, etc. all complete as per directions of the Engr.-in-charge (once in Six Months)
12PVC Tank from 500 to 1000 litre capacity.
13Supplying of cemente concrete flower pot (Gamla) of one feet height with seasonal plant/flower and soil with manure i/c painting the same all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
14Supplying of manual pulling steel trolly of standerd make for transporting garbages collected from bldg./qtrs. and carriage to dumping place all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
15Disposal of malba/garbages from campus to dumping ground manually by trally on monthely basis as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
