| 5 | Proper and efficient cleaning and washing of the toilets,wash basins, urinals, W/C Seats, looking mirrors, sanitary fittings and fixtures etc. using approved toilet cleaner like Vim / Liquid soap/ Phenyle/ Sanifresh/ Harpic etc.including the cost of providing and filling liquid soap in soap containers, nepthelene balls, urinal cubes in wash basins / urinals (weekly or when empty, whichever is earlier) and cleaning of wall tiles/dado weekly etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc.(The drain to be cleaned once in three months and as and when required ,shall be about 255 m.(quarterly) with provision of rational deduction for not attending/unsatisfactory execution of the item while measuring for payment.) |
