| 1 | Shifting of 500 micron thick Laminated Woven HDPE Sheet from BHEL Stores, Spreading and Installation over NBS Roof at 10-15m height by joining with hot welding machine with proper lapping with a single stitch of approx. 1 inch width [or] double stitch of approx. 3/4 inch. as directed by Engineer In-charge including surface cleaning of the HDPE Sheets, heat blowing if required and cleaning of Roof Top, cutting / grinding of projected nails, screws and anchoring of sheet at all edges & corners etc.all as directed by Engineer In-charge. All equipment, consumables, required skilled personnel, labour are in Contractor scope. Separate payment for Fabrication, erection, screws fixing charges for anchoring of sheets. |
| 2 | Engaging Hydra of boom length to reach NBS roof top (NBS roof height 35 ft) with basket attachment arrangement suitable for two persons to work. (Rate includes all charges of Hydra, fuel, operator/driver, insurance, slinger, helpers etc. all.) |
| 3 | Supply and fixing Butyl adhesive aluminium waterproof heavy duty leakage repair tape of 150 mm width. The Butyl tape must be laid continuously over the joint of the HPDE Sheets such that to arrest the rain water leakage inside the joints and as directed by Engineer In-Charge. |
| 4 | Supply and Fixing of 3 inch to 4 inch long self-driven screws with washers over the NBS Roof as directed by Engineer In-Charge. All materials and equipment are in contractor scope. |
| 5 | Fixing of self-driven screws of 3 inch to 4 inch long with washers over the NBS Roof as directed by Engineer In-Charge. . Screws will be issued by BHEL for free of Cost. All other materials and equipment are in contractor scope. |
| 6 | Supply and fixing the Nylon rope of 12mm dia (as per IS 9936) for tying the HDPE sheet with all suitable arrangements on NBS roof as directed by Engineer In-Charge. (Rate to include all material charges, hooks & ties if any required, manpower etc all for fixing the HDPE sheet in position on NBS roof). |
| 7 | Fabrication of Structural Steel work including all materials going into the process of fabrication and forming an integralpart of steel work, electrodes for site welding as necessary and all site connections, frame work for fixed , purlins with channel / angles, MS flat supports including all connections steel works etc., cleats, gusset plates, all bolts, nuts, washers, base plates, anchor bolts, cutting, welding and painting 2 coats of red-oxide primer before erection etc., complete.The rate shall include painting 2 coat of Red-oxide primer as per IS specifications and all charges for handling, leading and loading at the fabrication yard. Only required raw Structural Steel sections, electrodes, gasses only will be issued free of cost by BHEL at BHEL stores. |
| 8 | Erection of Steel work at all heights and elevations out lined item at above including the charges for handling, leading and stacking at site at approved locations prior to erection including all site rivetting, bolting, jointing and site welding where ever required. |
| 9 | Supply and Applying two or more coats Painting with Synthetic Enamel / Aluminium paint of required shade applied at 4.85 litres / 1MT[or 1.16x41.8/10 = 4.85] to give an even shade on old & new surfaces at all heights of all material surfaces including thorough cleaning & scraping the old surfaces, and cost also includes of all labour, scaffolding and all other incidentals -. (Enamel Paint / Aluminium Paint and all materials and other incidentals are in Contractor scope) Make: Asian / Nerolac / Berger / Indigo |
| 10 | Cutting / Trimming of tree branches of girth 30 cm to 60 cm includingremoving the cut branches andstacking the serviceable wood, including transportation from site to garbage yard / wood storage yard within 2 km inside the plant. Only mother branch shall be taken for measurement. |
