Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading ofincorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.
2Supply,install,testing and commissioning AC 3 phase 50 cycle 250 KVA Transformer copper wound stepdown plinth mounted ,Indoor type 11000/433 volts at No load ,oil immersed naturally cooled with externally cooling tubes core type delta connected on primary (HV side and star connected on secondary (LV side) in accordance with vector symbol DY-11 (vector group 4) with natural brought on secondary LV side and having tapping at +/-2.5%,+/-5%,+/- 7.5% Level- 3, to be changed by means of hand operated "OFF LOAD" tap changer. when meassured by the resistance meathod after continous full load run in ambient temperature 48 degree centigrade .The transformer shall be complete with standard fittings all as specified and confirming to IS:335 of 1983 for oil and IS: 2026 for transformer comprising of following:-(a)One cable box on LV side (secondary side) consisting of 04 nos of porcelain bushing with bushing rods complete with nut, washers, cable gland etc. (b) Oil conservator tank with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (c) Dehydration breather assy with first fill of dehydrating agent . (d) Explosion vent. (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (f) Dial type thermometer vapour pressure having range 0-120 degree C with max reading pointer max temp indicator and resetting device. (g) Rating plate with terminal marking. (h) 02 earthing terminal on tank and cover for fixing earth strip of size 32x6mm. (i) Oil level gauge and oil drain filter valve. (j) Lifting hook (k) Oil filler hole with cap /plug with connection complete. (l) Air relief valve plug. (m) Detachable rollers -04 Nos (n) Extra bushing for Neutral out side the cable box for independent earthing for neutral earth. (o) First fill of fresh transformer oil confirming to relevant IS and tested up to 40 KV die electric strength. (Note :- The rate quoted is deemed to include the rate of making plinth after appropriate foundation with PCC 1:2:4as per manufacturer instructionto install the transformer or as directed by Engr-in-Charge).
3Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size300 sq mm 3½ core complete all as specified and directed.
4M&L earthing complete with copper earth plate 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to copper strip of size 20X3 mmduly encased in 25 mm bore light grade GI protectionpipe both up to 7.5 mtr in length by means of brass nuts bolts check nut and wahsers starting from earthplate to panel/transformer side all as specified and including necessary excavation earth work,. PCC pit 40mm RCC cover made RCC (:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggreagate concrete reinforced with 6mm dia bars 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia PGI funel wire mesh and GI pipe light grade 20mm for watering starting from top edge of the plate complete all as specified testing as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 (Part 1). The earth plate shall be surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust with common salt, packed on all side of earth plate in alternate layers of thick ness 15 cm each including excavation, earth work in any type of soil, returning and filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance upto 50 mtr complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part- I 2009 complete all as specified and directed. .
5M&L, in repair, earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I all as specified and testing on completion includingprovisionof earth lead protected by 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note:- Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 m. [ii].PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v]. GI protection pipe of size 15 mm bore light grade 7.5m complete all as specified and directed.
6Excavation in trenches in soft/loosesoil n exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre deep and getting out including forming bottom surface forlaying HT cable, foundations etc complete all as specified and directed.
7Returning filling in includingspreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.
8Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at alevel n exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
9Supply and laying dry sand cushioning for UG cable protection in trenches withfine river sand 9 cm before laying cable and 9 cm deep cover after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.
10M&L for brick protection cover to underground cable with sub-class ‘B’ old size over burnt bricks laid dry and flat across the axis of cable, abutting each other with gaps between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.
