| 1 | Sub-Head-I Fault Rectification- S/F of following defective parts in the Existing ACS (ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM) / IP CCTV surveillance system including integration with the existing system etc complete as required. 1. SITC of indoor fixed Dome camera having HD resolution (1280X1024) Low high colour camera with sensitivity of minimum 0.12 Lux in color mode and 0.03 Luxin B/W mode along with power supply unit. The camera shall use the 1/3 inch formal CMOS/CCD image and shall have a 3 to 9 mm varifocal lens. Electronic shutter range of 1/5 - 1 / 10,000. The camerashall have a wide dynamic range (WDR) of upto 60 db. The camera shall be POE (IEEE 802.3af class 3). The camera shall be UL Listed and complete as per detailed specification attached. |
| 2 | SITC of addressable analogue MULTISENSOR / MULTICRITERIA type UL Listed photo cum thermal detector with solid state design, i/c LED mounting base, mounting bracket etc. base box and loop in and loop out gland as per requirement. |
| 3 | Replacementof Sealed & maintenance free Battery for Fire Alarm System Panel 7 AH 12 V i/c connection etc as required. (BSNL Approved make) |
| 4 | Replacement of following microprocessor basedaccess controller for connecting the item such as card readers, Magnetic locks etc with TCP/IP compatibility with suitable size MS powder coated enclosure, power supply units along with PSU, battery charger and minimum 4 hrs battery back up, on board additional input/Auxiliary outputs and all accessories along with tamper protected casing etc complete as required i/c dismantling the old faulty controller. The Access controller should be UL Listed. The access controller is tobe integrated with the existing fire alarm system for operation. (4 card reader/4door controller) |
| 5 | SITC of Smart Card Reader with stainless steel base plate with base box i/c door interface module (if applicable), power supply unit etc. The read range shall be up to 125mm for doors. The reader log data should be transfer to server on real time basis i/c dismantling of old faulty unit etc complete as required. |
| 6 | SITC of exit push switch for ACS system i/c dismantling of old faulty push switch etc complete as required.(Make similar superior as already available at site). |
| 7 | SITC of release switch for GSS (Gas Suppression System) i/c dismantling of old faulty release switch etc complete as required.(Make similar superior as already available at site). |
| 8 | Refilling of NOVAC 1230 Agent in the existing cylinder available at site i/c to and fro cartage, dismantling, installation, pressure testing and other codal testing as per norms etc complete as required. |
| 9 | Integration of above replaced items with the existing IBMS system and providing required modifications in software as per user requirement as and where basis etc as required. (Firm has to provide their services and resolve the issue within 6 hours of complaint with in one year warranty period for entire IBSM system). |
| 10 | Integration of additional parameters of Current/Voltage and temperature of existing 3 Nos split ACsinstalled in the switch room, with existing BMS system i/c supply of necessary Sensors / control wiring / cards etc complete as required. Note: Agency has been requested to visit the site before quoting their rates during office hours. The firm has to ensure complete functioning of IBMS/BMS system as per satisfaction of engineer-in-charge and nothing shall be paid extra in this account. |
| 11 | Sub-Head-II CAMC- Comprehensive annual maintenance of Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) i.e addressable fire alarm system, access control system, IP CCTV system, BMS, Public address system but excluding gas refilling, cable conduit and consumable etc. as required. |
