| 8 | Laying of the belt on Con. Rollers either same collected belt on gravity take–up and other parts of Con. due to breakdown or adding /existing New/Old & used belt. |
| 9 | Clamping ofthe belt ,opening of the gear hold back bolts and coupling bolts, removal of the counter weight of gravity take-up box, lifting of the gravity takeup, After completion of the work fixing of coupling bolts & gear hold back bolts putting back counter weight in gravity takeup box and decoupling etc. Tensioning of the belt including all rigging works thereafter release of the belts tension after completion of the work and satisfactory trial run. |
