Comprehensive Architectural Service fee and Project Management Services as per ToR:The consultancy fee for Architectural services and Project management Services shall be in Lumpsum.Indicative Project cost of Building Infrastructure Phase II at OMC Colony, Unit-8, Bhubaneswar is 62,04,00,000.00(The lumpsum consultancy fee shall include all fees, incidental charges and expenses to be delivered as per scope of work including travel & staying, etc. GST shall be paid extra as applicable as per GST Act. TDS shall be deducted as applicable as per Act.)
