1Material & Labour for taking down existing chiller unit, including all accessories and cables from position after disconnecting incoming & out going connections and shifted carefully at AGE E/M yard asdirected by Engr-in-charge.
2Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of water cooled scroll chillers of capacity ,52 TR with multi compressors, comprising of semi -Hrmatic / Hrmatic/open type compressors, DX-Evaporator, shell and condenser suitable expansion device for operation on R-407/410a refrigerants and of actual capacity as mentioned & as per specification .Frame work for mounting the above condenser, chiller, compressor and motor with base plate complete with anti vibration pads/springs shall be involved in the quoted rates.Initial/first charge of refrigerant gas & compressor oil.The chiller operation parameters shall be Chilled water in54 ºF(12.2º C),Chilled water out 44 ºF(6.7ºC),Max operating pressure 150 psig (water side/condenser side)Condenser water IN- 95.0 ºF (35 ºC),Condenser water OUT- 84.99 ºF (29.44 ºC) Chiller fouling factor0.00002 m² deg K/W ,Condenser fouling factor0.000044m² deg K/W.,Chilling machine COP (at AHRI conditions ) shall be min 4.4 and IPLV of min 5.2 & all performance requirements at ARI 550/590-1998 test condition.
3Supply and lay ofinsulated chilled water MS pipes class C heavy grade of size 80mm dia with hitech supports, with 50mm thermocol insulation complete with all fittings such as bends tees , elbows, reducers, flanges special fitting , suspension hangers, supports etc as required for installation at actual site conditions. Piping insulation shall be of closed cell content and the insulation shall be covered tightly with 24 gauge aluminium cladding. All the fittings & bends shall be finished with the same finish as specified by OEM specifications, RCC opening and wall opening, all disturbed surface shall be done making good as per existing surface complete all as specified and as directed .
4Supply and installation PN 1.6butterfly valves of the following sizes as per the specifications and butterfly valve shall have cast iron body with black nitrile seat, with locking arrangements complete all as specified and as directed . 80mm

6Supply and install ofbalancing valve with cast-iron body 90 deg. C max operating temparature, built in measuring facility/locking device for tamper proof positioning flanged connections. Valves shall have connections with isolation device for portable diffrential pressure meter with integral seals flow accuracy shall be 5+/- neccessory insulation for the following sizes complete all as per OEM specifications and as directed80mm

8Supply and Installation ofrubber flexible connectionof 100mm dia connecting the chiller/evaporator/condensor pipe line to the condensor of the chiller unit of suitable size as per OEM recommendation and as per direction of EIC complete for smooth functioning of the chiller unit without any vibration all as per OEM specifications and as directed by EIC.

11Supply and lay ofcondenser water MS pipes class C heavy grade of size 100mm dia with supports with all fittings such as bends tees , elbows, reducers, flanges special fitting , suspension hangers, supports etc as required for installation at actual site conditions. 12Supply and fixing ball valves, high pressure screwed on both ends in pipe and fixed complete of size 20mm dia all as specified by the OEM and as directed by EIC.
13Material and Labour forauto air ventcomplete all as per specifications of OEM and all as directed by EIC.
14Supply and fixing of pressure guages of dry type made of stainless steel of suitable dia pressure element assembly, bourdon tube, pressure connection, dial satin faced non reflective aluminium with permanantly etched scalemarkings, pointer: red or any dark colour material, windoe : glass, stainless steel U-siphon and 15mm brass body ball valve as per specifications for chillers, pumps and AHU or as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed.
15Supply and fixing ofdial type thermometers with stem with copper plated steel aluminium or brass for thermowell installation and of length to suit installation, stainless steel U- syphon and 15 mm brass body ball valve as per pecifications for chillers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
16Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning offlow switch of brass construction suitable for 100mm dia pipes, all as per OEM specifications and as directed by EIC.
17M & L Steel structural fabrication works fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,cable trays,clamps bolts,washers, welding ,bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat ofprimer complete all as specified and directed.
18Earthing for poles & other machinery/equipment Installed at power house/substation, using 25 x 3 mm copper strip and copper plate of size 300 x 300 x 3 mm, as earth electrode. NOTE FOR ABOVE ALL ITEMS:-1. The testing of each chiller unit shall be done by contractor in following phases:- (A). PHASE 1.COMPLETION OF the work shall be issued after 24 hours in presence of Engr-in-charge ,GE and users representative. (B). PHASE 2. (summer /winter/monsoon) tests shall be carries by the Rep of accepting officer. 2. The defect liability period of the contract shall be started after the completion of all phase tests.
