1Air Handling Unit: Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Double Skin Air Handling Unit (AHU) constructed from outer skin with 1mm thick precoated G.I. sheet (of minimum 180 GSM) &1mm thick inner G.I. sheet (of minimum 180 GSM) with 50mm thick injected PUF insulation of 40 kg/m3 approx. withthermal break profile complete with aluminium extruded framework structural section for VRF condensing units and comprising of following sections: a. Mixing chamber for Fresh Air & Return Air with volume controldampers. b. Pre filter section with G4 filter as per EN779 c. Cooling coil section with 6 rows deep cooling coil suitable for above VRF condensing units with Cooling option, necessary Expansion & Communication Kits compatible for connection of VRF outdoor units in single / multiple formalong with 1 mm thick S.S. drain pan and drain outlet. Hydrophilic coating shall be provided on cooling coil. Drift eliminator shall be provided. d. UV lamps section with UV lamps e. Heater section with thyristor controlled re-heater f. Humidifier section complete with required water heaters, float valve,low water level safety switch, piping and necessary fittings. g. Blower section with statically and dynamically balanced direct drive, Plug fan and Squirrel cage induction motor (with VFD) of TEFC type suitable for 3 -phase, 400V, 50Hz of efficiency class IE3. The winding of motor shall be class "F" insulated and fully tropicalised, motor shall be rated for continuous duty as defined in IS: 325 for blower with adjustable base frame, fitted on a common extrudedAluminium channel using anti vibration mountings for silent and vibration free operation. h. Fine filter section with F9 filter as per EN779 i. Temperature sensor and RH sensor with transmitter unit and associated cabling, differential pressure transmitter to maintain the constant flow of air in different choked condition of filters, differential pressure switches across fine and pre-filter for monitoring the condition of the respective filter j. Flanged connection at the inlet & outlet of AHU with volume control damper for integrating to the main duct lines. l. Suitable inspection doors for filter, coil & blower sections. m. Suitably rated antivibration (Cushyfoot) mountings for AHU installation. Including all other components and accessories required for proper operation of AHU and to achieve required temperature (25 ± 1°C) and relative humidity (50% ± 10 %) as per tender specifications in following capacity: AHU/22000 CFM /56 TR/80 mm WG. S.P.
2VRF Outdoor Units: Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 28 HP Modulating Outdoor / Condensing units withCooling Option complete with hermetically sealed DC Inverter / Digital Scroll Compressors, Condenser coils, variable speed condenser fan with motor, Microprocessor Controller etc. The unit shall include the necessary expansion & communication kits compatible for connection of VRF outdoor units with AHU mentioned above in single / multiple form. The units should be operated on Refrigerant - R410A. The condensing units will be installed at suitable place for compact run of piping along with MS raised stand with vibration isolation pads as per drawing and technical specifications.
3Inter-connected Copper Refrigerant piping for VRF System: Hard drawn copper refrigerant piping of 18 G in brazed construction between AHU & VRF Outdoor / Condensing units with class "O" nitrile rubber insulation with Aluminium foil (19 mm thick), 16 G. G.I. perforated tray for Refrigerant piping & cabling etc. of various widths with support & clamps etc. required for proper installation, operation and controls of the units.All pipings shall be pressure tested for 48 hrs. pressure hold test atminimum 1.5 times the working pressure. Suitable weight bearing supports shall be planned for all vertical headers / pipe networks.
4Condensate Drain Water Piping and humidifier connection Piping: Supply, installation & testing of 40 mm dia. CPVC rigid condensate drain pipes of class SDR 11 with "U" trap complete from AHU to nearest drain pointas per tender specification.
5Electrical Panel for AHU with condensing units: Design, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of indoor floor/wall mounted IP 42 factory built, modular ,sectionalised, compartimised, extendable type LT cubicle panel of suitable size suitable for operationon 433/415 V, 50Hz AC 3 phase supply system fabricated from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and cover, 3mm thick for gland plates with stiffeners wherever required having vibration free structure chemically treated with seven tank or better process for above air handing unit with condensing units as per tender specification.
6Microprocessor based electrical control panel of IP20 or better: Design, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of standalone BACnet/IP based modular type, BMS compatible DDC controller/automation station having integral web browser with I/O module, flash memory for programmed logic storage, communication port etc. for above AHUcontrol, monitoring, status indication, data logging etc. as per tender specification. It includes controller, associated power supply, digital and analog I/O modules, associated enclosure, wiring, cabling etc.
7LT Power Cabling: Installation, testing and commissioning of following 1.1 kV, copper conductor, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed FRLS cables as per tender specifications.

21Class "O" Duct Thermal Insulation: Thermal insulation of Ducts with Class ‘O’ Closed Cell Nitrile Rubber having thickness of 25 mm for Supply and return AirDuct as per the tender specifications with 24 G thickness aluminium cladding. Thermal conductivity of insulation material shall not exceed 0.038 W/(m.K) atmean temperature of 20 deg.C as per EN 12667.
22G. I. Duct Dampers: Suppy, installation, testing and commissioning of Rectangular duct damper of opposed blade type duly aluminium painted as per tender specification
23Fire damper with Actuator: Suppy, installation, testing and commissioning of electrically operated damper with compatible actuator, associated cabling, mounting arrangement etc. on air ducts as per tender specifications.
24Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of sound attenuator for reduced noise in duts as per drawings and tender specification. Outer casing shall be of 0.8 mm galvanised steel and internal baffles constructed from 0.8 mm perforated steel and filled with inorganic fibre glass material. The length of the sound attenuator shall be 1.5m and the cross section dimensions shall be as per follows:

28Return grill: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Extruded powder coated Aluminium return air grilles with volume control damper as per tender specification.
29Supply, Installation, testing and commissioing of Data Logging Temperature-Humidity Monitor having i) Temperature measurement range/resolution: -20° to 70°C/0.1° ii) Temperature measurement accuracy: ±1.2°F (±0.6°C) iii) RH measurement range/resolution: 5 to 95%/0.1%RH iv) RH measurement accuracy: ±3% from 10 to 90%RH; ±5% elsewhere in range
30Supply, fabrication & fixing of M.S. structural work including angle/channel frames/supports etc. and finally painted with two coats of Red oxide and two coat of enamel paints of required colour as per tender specifications.
