(1:2:4) blocks of required size, applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/l.
10Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. grill made of 20x6mm M.S. flat as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth , carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/l. 15Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
16Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over old surface including washing, cleaning and papering the walls, scaffolding, washing of floors and taxes, all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.
17Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :13.111.1 Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface
18Providing two coats of painting with ready mixed paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface thoroughly, scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direciton of E/l.
19Providing 19 mm thick water proof cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 with 5% cico or any other approved water proofing compound including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.
20Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, scaffolding, washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.
21Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 M. including all lifts, levelling, ramming the foudation trenches, removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/l. Extra for earthwork in hard soil as per specification and direction of E/l (vide classification of soil item-B)
