RISK PURCHASE: In case the successful Supplier fails to deliver/perform the job as per the purchase Order, Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to procure/get the Materials/Service from alternative source at the risk, cost and responsibility of the successful Supplier. 7. The bidder should attach relevant documentary evidence that they are legally complying to undertake this job 8. No escalation/de-escalation will be allowed during the pendency period of your offer and our order 9. REJECTION: Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reject the Material/Service if they are not meeting the specifications as agreed in the contract. 10. REPLACEMENT OF REJECTED MATERIAL/SERVICE: Any rejections by Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd. as per clause 9 should be immediately replaced/ reworked by the Supplier free of all incidental charges like transportation, labour etc. 11. We are not associated with any employee of Mother Dairy 12. We are not associated with any of the bidder participating in this tender 13. Purchase Order will be raised on actual requirement only, No minimum guarantee quantity is assured 14.Negligence of the bidder in preparing tender bid confers no right to withdraw the bid after it was opened 15.The bidder should comply all statutory license/permission to undertake the job in this tender 16. MDFVPL reserve the right to distribute the order amongst multiple vendors
