Dismantling of existing FRP type Cooling Tower 350 TR capacity including dismantling of its Fan, Motor, fillings, sprinkler header, side panels, sump and water distributer etc. as required and fixing of all the above items from S.No.1-15 in the tower with the help of skilled labour cartage etc complete including credit of all material and removing all the dismantled material from the site including transportation of dismantled credit material from site to dumping area

Providing and applying of 2 mm thick FRP coating for the 350 TR cooling tower base pan with suitable FRP ceiling compound to arrest water leakage including cleaning of pan with scrubbers etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying and Fabrication of base frame for 350 TR cooling tower size of 4 mtr (L) X 4 mtr (B), with an intermediate intersections of 50mmX50mmx6mm angle to be welded along by providing necessary all stainless steel nut bolt, rubber gasket, welding the joints in double layer continuous welding for proper strength etc as reqd at site, after dismantling of complete cooling tower and making good the base frame by dismantling the old existing base frame from the foundation without causing any damage to the cooling tower structure and reassembling the complete tower complete as required at site including applying 2 or more coats of primer and paint as per approved brand and shade.

Removing of old paint & corrosion, making the surface smooth with help of steel scrapper etc making it even for repainting, apply one or more coats primer with hardener to be made with epoxy thinner after applying putties on patches then spray repainting the surface with two or more coats of epoxy paint of approved brand & shade on 350 TR capacity of Cooling towers with connected accessories such as CT fan 7.5hp electrical motors, tanks etc complete as reqd.
