(l) Checking IR between phase to earth (VCB closed condition). (m) Checking IR between phase to earth (VCB open condition). (n) Cleaning and providing lubricants on movable mechanical parts. (o) Testing of relays through secondary injections. (p) Tripping of VCB through Buchholz relay/ OTI/WTI if required. (q) Testing of CTs and PT.(s) Testing of contact resistance of VCBs Note: - (i) Spare parts excluding wiring shall be measured & paid separately (ii) Servicing shall be carried out by authorised rep of VCB manufacturer.
2M & L for repairs to motor charging mechanism by opening of 36 kV, upto 1600A, 25 kA circuit breaker by authorised Engineer complete all as specified and as directed.
3Supply only tripping and closing coil for 36 kV VCB outdoor type as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.
4Supply only limit switch for VCB as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.
5Inspection, servicing, testing, checking and calibration of remote panel for HT 36 kV VCB, outdoor type including cleaning, checking internal wiring, tripping operation of earth fault and over current relays, transformer protection relays complete for smooth operation of panel by injecting artificial HT supply for checking tripping on earth fault and over current complete all as specified and as directed.
6Inspection, servicing, testing, checking and calibration of 11 kV VCB (SF6 breaker) panel consisting of two incoming and three outgoing including bus-coupler (total VCB 06 Nos) for servicing, cleaning, tightening of loose mechanical mechanism, greasing inspection of busbar, CTs/PTs, internal wiring of control panel, indicators, measuring of IR value, calibration of IDMT relays, replacement of unserviceable spare parts, testing of tripping system, to maintain desired insulation level of each panel and removing all type of dust and settled dirt by mechanical means including testing complete all as specified and as directed including the followings: - (a) Cleaning of Vacuum Circuit Breaker with CRC-226. (b) To check the condition of SIC contacts. (c) Checking condition and alignment of jaw contact. (d) Checking and proper tightening of hardware. (e) Checking of proper closing/ open of all poles. (b) Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make / quality all as directed at site. (c) Writing the SM MES No of transformer on MS body of transformer all as directed.
36M & L for spray painting of transformers (any type power or distribution)) of capacity above 500 kVA and upto and including 2000 kVA ( in situ ) outdoor type, installed and located at different sites in scattered area under the GE including the following: - (a) preparation of old surfaces by cleaning, scrapping, rubbing/ polishing etc. complete. (b) Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make / quality all as directed at site. (c) Writing the SM MES No of transformer on MS body of transformer all as directed .
37Disconnecting, taking down power transformer outdoor type 33 kV /11 kV having capacity 1000 kVA to 2000 kVA, transportation to the workshop for repairs including opening of transformers cover, draining of oil, de-tanking of core and coil assembly, cleaning, washing of dust and dirt from all parts including core, tank and cooling tubes radiators etc., joint inspection for estimate, replacement of defective parts, assembly, stage inspection, re-tanking, oil filtration/ dehydration, fill dehydrated oil and fresh oil and testing the repaired transformers for all the routine tests as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 with latest amendments. Note: - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule and paid separately. (b) Rewinding of both HT & LT coil shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (c) Transportation charges for transportation of transformer from site to workshop and after repair, workshop to site shall be borne by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (d) The spare parts excluding nuts, bolts, washer, gasket etc. shall be measured and paid for separately (e) The said transformer shall be repaired in reputed workshop as decided by the GE. (f) Testing of transformer after repair shall be carried out as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 and testing as specified and the cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted against this item. (g) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall be measured and recorded.
38Supplying, fixing and testing current transformer ring type HT cast resin wound type CT Ratio 40-25A/5+5A, dual core class 1.0, burden 15 VA for HT 11 kV VCB complete all as specified and as directed.
39Supplying, fixing and testing potential transformer resin cast, draw out type from bus PT truck with the following specifications (i) System voltage- 11 kV, 3 phase, 3 line (ii) ILV- 12 kV, 50 Hz (iii) Ratio - 11 kV/ 110 V, star/ star (iv) burden - 100 VA (v) voltage factor - 1.2 continuous, 1.5/ 30 sec as per IS for HT 11 kV VCB complete all as specified and as directed.
40M & L for rewinding of coils on primary/ secondary side of transformer of any capacity using proper size, muitiple(triple) paper covering, special (S) copper winding wires conforming to IS 7404 (Part-1): 1991 as per existing size, turns and insulation class including connecting minor insulation materials suitable for any voltage level of transformer on primary and secondary side complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: - Weight of only winding wire shall measured for payment purpose.)
41Material and labour reinsulating the LV winding of copper with DPC insulation and as per manufacturers specifications and standard practice and all as directed.
42M & L for rewinding of coils on primary/ secondary side of transformer of any capacity using proper size, muitiple(triple) paper covering, special (S) aluminium winding wires conforming to IS 6162 (Part-II): 1971 as per existing size, turns and insulation class including connecting minor insulation materials suitable for any voltage level of transformer on primary and secondary side complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: - Weight of only winding wire shall measured for payment purpose.)
43Material and labour reinsulating the LV winding of aluminium with DPC insulation and as per manufacturers specifications and standard practice and all as directed.
44M & L for replacement of top cover gasket made out of leatherised celbatec sheet 4 mm thick including leak proofing by shellac solution and dovetail jointing on the end side of any capacity upto any height including opening of mounting and nut bolt and taking down from plinth and pole , of any height as per site requirements complete all as specified and as directed.
