Applying epoxy resin bonding agent (Nito bond EPL of Fosroc or its equivalent) ( 2.20 Sq.m/Kg coverage)at the top of existing concrete surface using short haired brush and applied on the old concrete surface to receive new finish/concrete/plastering all as per manufacture specification and as directed at site of work.The rate shall include preparing the substrate,mixing the compound,applying,cost of materials,labour,brushes,tools, plant equipments, transport,fuel etc complete.NOTE;The new concrete/plasteringshall be placed to the coated substrate,when it is in a tacky state. |

The rate includesconveying pouring the micro -concrete using positive displacement pumps, or any other suitable method including providing leak proof shuttering, materials, equipments, intercarting, drilling holes in cutting building concrete portion, mixing, placing, curing and all as directed at site of work including all materials, cement, labour, tools, tackles, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete . |
