2Material & labour for Disconnecting HT supply from 11 KV VCBof any make / type / capacity for servicing and repair works 11 KV VCB, inner body clean with vaccum cleaner, decarburizing the contactpoints, cleaning with CRCsolution, includingservicing and taking out trolley, repair / replacement of all defective parts found during servicing including checking of vaccume intrupter, tripping mechanism etc complete durung servicing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- All new parts required to replace Defective parts shall be measured and paid seperately as "SUPPLY ONLY" under respetive items of BOQ. The rate quoted for this item includes for complete labour required for replacement of all defective parts with new serviceable parts includinggrease / oil / cloth for cleaning, INTERNAL WIRING AS REQUIRED, INSULATION TAPE, damaged copper wire FOR BATTERY / WIRING etc. and sundry materials for COMPLETE servicing and repair of 11 KV VCB to make it fully operational after installation.

42S & F IN REPAIRS for replacement of pin type, Double stack type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green, ball and socket type with tension clamp galvanized iron nutfor conductors working pressure 33000 volt grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
43Supply and topping up fresh Transformer oil of rupturingcapacity 50KV for 60 Sec, low visosity of approved make as per IS 355 of 1992 and having minimum di-electric strength 50 KV into the transformers and the HT switch gears, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
44Material and labour for dehydration and filtration of existing installed transformer oil of any make of transformer and capacity,including heating continuously till obtaining the desired and required di-electric strength as per IE rules complete including taking results of transformer oil before / after filtration and dehydration of transformer oil after refilling in the transformer upto required level complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- The di-electric strength should not be less than 50 KV after filtration process)
45Note : (i)The contractor has to arrange the de-hydration cum filtration plant with oil hose of sufficient length to reach up to the transformers/ switch gears and the oil di-electric strength testing machine.
46(ii) Dehydration & filtration of oil transformers shall be carried out ON-LINE.Shut down will be given for making necessary pipe/ hose line connections from machine to transformer.
47Supply and fix IN REPAIRS transformer breathers (assembly duly filled with silica gel) for transformers, transparent of standard size suitable for 3150 KVA transformers, 33/11 KV volts, including removing the existing un-serviceable transformer breathers complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
48M&L for spraying of agricultural based chemical inside the installation to control the growth of unwanted herbs etc including cleaning of the grass, herbs, bushes, etc from the installation and clearing the rubbish away from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
49M&L for painting of HT poles with Aluminium paint after preparation of old surface of Steel/Iron electric poles exc 10cm in width or girth including pole fittings such as cross arms of any description, anti climbing devices, nut, bolts etc. by hand scrapping and rubbing down with sand paper and applying two coats of Aluminium paint and providing two coats of cement based paint to PCC coping after preparation of surfaces and painting 05 Nos of strips ofeach 30cm height, in Red & Black synthetic enamel paint alternatively above coping including numbering of poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
50M&L IN REPAIRS, brick work withfly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 etc. including demolishimg of existing defective brick work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
51M & L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
52M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling for stay set / FPB / pole etc including finishing the exposed surfaces of PCC even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
53M&L for disconnecting of HT / LT Connections of transformers, upto 200 KVA, including draining out of oil from transformers, in barrels and kept in safe custody aside for reuse in workshop; then lifting with crane & transportation of transformers (upto 200 KVA) to workshop for necessary repairs, by removing& lifting of top plate of transformer, removing and replacing of unserviceable burnt oil seal / studs, nuts, bolts, HT bushing, off load tap changer, butt holes, relays, gate valves, dead plugs, etc for repairs to core and winding of transformers, including taking out of defective core and winding & replacing with new core and winding as applicable including repairs for minor leakages (if any) and transporting back to the place of disconnection for re-installation including commissioning and testing after conneting to HT / LT Connections complete including top up of the oil after dehydration complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
54M&L for disconnecting of HT / LT Connections of transformers, above 200 KVA but upto 500 KVA, including draining out of oil from transformers, in barrels and kept in safe custody aside for reuse in workshop; then lifting with crane & transportation of transformers (above 200 KVA but upto 500 KVA) to workshop for necessary repairs, by removing& lifting of top plate of transformer, removing and replacing of unserviceable burnt oil seal / studs, nuts, bolts, HT bushing, off load tap changer, butt holes, relays, gate valves, dead plugs, etc for repairs to core and winding of transformers, including taking out of defective core and winding & replacing with new core and winding as applicable including repairs for minor leakages (if any) and transporting back to the place of disconnection for re-installation including commissioning and testing after conneting to HT / LT Connections complete including top up of the oil after dehydration complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
55NOTE FOR BOQ ITEM NOS 51 & 52:- (i) Copper / Aluminium Winding of Transformer, dehydration of transformer oil, filling up of new Oil and replacement of defective accessories with new serviceable accessories etc. shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) A seperate survey report for each transformer will be prepared by the workshop technician giving completedetails of defective winding received, nature and parts of transformer required to be repaired, transformer oil obtained and required for top up (including top up transformer oil supplied by the department with cost of repair to acertain BER STATUS duly verified and signed by BOO to be detailed by Accepting officer for repairing of transformer and approved byAccepting officer before carrying out repairs to the transformers. (iii) The rate quoted for BOQ item nos 51 & 52 respetively includes labour cost for winding of transformer, repairs / repalcement of all defective parts of transformer with new serviceable parts, topping up of oil, installing, testing & commissioniong of transformer complete to make it fully operational with undertaking from the contractor for proving maintenance services to the repaired transformer during maintenance period and no extra cost to the department.
56(iv) The rate quoted for BOQ item nos 51 & 52 respetively includes for replacement of defective minor / unavoidable accessories such as nuts, bolts, washers,burnt oil seal / studs, nuts, bolts, HT bushing, off load tap changer, butt holes, relays, gate valves, dead plugs etc. and decision of Engineer-in-charge shall be final and binding regarding defective minor / unavoidable accessories.
57Supply only core & copper / aluminium winding material for the transformer 11/0.433 KV ((Oil Type/ Dry type) for serviceability and rewinding including insulation paper etc and keeping the same in to the hot air oven till the moisture is removed & insulation resistance improves to the satisfaction level, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, for the following capacity of transformers:-
58Upto 100 KVA
59Above 100 KVAupto 200 KVA
60Above 200 KVA upto 500 KVA
61Note for item no 55.01, 55.02 & 55.03 (i) Cost of copper / aluminium wire of requisite size / guage for winding including insulation paperis included in the rate quoted.Labour cost for winding, testing, installation, commissioning alongwith minor accessories required for repair of transformer is included in rate quoted for respetive BOQ Item Nos 51 & 52 above.(ii) One year warranty certificate should be submitted to the dept after completion of job. (iii) All kind of test as per IS 1180 shall be done at workshop and certificate shall be submitted before commissioning. (iv) Any defect during defect liablity period shall be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.
62M&L for disconnecting of HT / LT Connections of transformers, 33/11 KV, of capacity 3.15 MVA (Oil Type), including draining out of oil from transformers, in barrels and kept in safe custody aside for reuse in workshop; then lifting with crane & transportation of transformers to workshop for necessary repairs, by removing& lifting of top plate of transformer, removing and replacing of unserviceable burnt oil seal / studs, nuts, bolts, HT bushing, off load tap changer, butt holes, relays, gate valves, dead plugs, etc for repairs to core and winding of transformers, including taking out of defective core and winding & replacing with new core and winding as applicable,and testing and serviceability and rewinding including insulation paper etc and keeping the same in to the hot air oven till the moisture is removed & insulation resistance improves to the satisfaction level, including repairs for minor leakages (if any) and transporting back to the place of disconnection for re-installation including commissioning and testing after conneting to HT / LT Connections complete including top up of the oil after dehydration complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : BOO is to be detailed by Accepting officer for repairing of power transformer)
63Note for BOQ item no 56.00:- (i) Cost of copper / aluminium wire of requisite size / guage for winding including insulation paperis included in the rate quoted.Labour cost for winding, testing, installation, commissioning alongwith minor accessories required for repair of transformer is included in rate quoted for above item. (ii) One year warranty certificate should be submitted to the dept after completion of job. (iii) All kind of test as per IS 2026 shall be done at workshop and certificate shall be submitted before commissioning. 64Material and labour for Painting of the transformer by cleaning of surface of the transformer of any capacity by hand scraper and removing the oil mark including filling the cavities with a filler coatand applying two coats of (DUCO) synthetic enamel paint of IS BRAND matching to the existing colour by spray painting,over a coat of red oxide metal primer after scrapping thoroughly the existing corroded paint,dirt/dust, oil and grease from the steel surface of the transformer, including writing / marking SM / MES NO on the transformer in white colour letters complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for the following capacities of the transformers :-
65(a)Upto 100 KVA transformer (33/11/0.433 KV)
66(b) above 100 KVA but upto 200 KVA transformer (11/0433KV)
67(c)Above 200 KVA upto 500 KVA (11/0433KV)
68Supply only transformer off load tap changer suitable for upto 500 KVA transformers 11 KV/433 volts transparent type including removing the existing unserviceable off load tap changer, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

73M&L including transportation for shifting of transformer, outdoor / Indoor type HT 11KV/433V , 3 phase , 50 Hz with standard fittings up to 500 KVA, after disconnection of transformer from the existing site and installation, commissioning and testing of the shifted transformer to the proposed site; including connection/testing with proper load balancing as per standard Engineering practice, confirming to IS 2026 including connected panel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
74M & L IN REPAIRS for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red-oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint followed by epoxy coating suitable for 11 KV INSULATION including dismantling un-serviceable / defective cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and removing away from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
75M &L FOR repairing 24/30 V Float Cum Boost Battery Charger, including changing transformer, rectifier and defective items etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
