All Steel Used For Fittings Shall Be Of Sail / Rashtriya Ispat / Tata Steel Conforming To Is 2062 : 2006. , Fabrication And Supply Of Cross Arms Made Of Ms Channel Iron 100X50x50x6mm 2800 Mm Long Suitable For Fixing On Both Steel And Pcc Pole Whatever Is Required Singe / Double Structure Of 11 / 22 Kv Line With Holes At Suitable Places Wherever Is Required To Adjust 5 / 8” Dia Nuts And Bolts. Pin Insulators, Ball Cleves Eye Sockets And Washers. The Weight Of Ms Channel Should Be Strictly 9.56 Kg Per Mtr With A Variation Of P+ / - 5%. The Cross Arms Should Be Duly Painted With Two Coat Red Oxide Paint Of Superior Quality.     1Fabrication and supply of cross arms made of MS Channel Iron 100x50x50x6mm 2800 mm long suitable for fixing on both steel and PCC pole whatever is required singe/ double structure of 11/22 KV line with holes at suitable places wherever is required to adjust 5/8” dia nuts and bolts. Pin insulators, Ball cleves eye sockets and washers. The weight of MS channel should be strictly 9.56 Kg per Mtr with a variation of p+/- 5%. The cross arms should be duly painted with two coat red oxide paint of superior quality. Note: - All steel used for fittings shall be of SAIL / Rashtriya Ispat / TATA Steel conforming to IS 2062 : 2006.
