    Tender For Overhauling Of 1G09 Geho Pump 2000149142 10 10 10 SERVINCING/OVERHAULING OF PUMP 16 LE Email : LAKSHMAN.MUDDADA@AMNS.IN Contact : Name : Muddada Lakshmana Rao Item Details : SCOPE OF WORK Safe and Swift execution of the bearing replacement work – For GEHO Pump. 1. Supervision of the following activities * Total Visual inspection of the pump * Removal <(>&<)> installation of crankshaft assembly in the pump * Replacement of Power end bearings, including crosshead pins, pressure sleeves and connecting rods * Special pre-tensioning of power end bearings * Replacement of lubrication unit filter elements * Replacement of power end seals <(>&<)> gaskets * Start-up of pumps with all functional tests 2. Detailed report of performed activities, findings, and recommendations to be submitted 3. The duration of this job is estimated to be 10 working days on site <(>&<)> 8 working hours per day 4. The Job will be performed by Qualified OEM service Engineer 5. At least 4 Skilled technicians for this job will be arranged to assist OEM - Geho Service engineer 6. Spares <(>&<)> other requirements such as tools <(>&<)> tackles are in AMNS Scope 7. Accommodation at Site Is in AMNS Scop
