5Supply and replacement of insulator pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green and including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11 KV grade complete all as specified and directed
6Supply and replacement of disc type insulator,porcelain, vitreous,145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green insulatorsingle disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed.
7Supply and replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with necessary MS clamps, bolt and nuts for HT of size 25 x 20 cm complete all as specified and directed .
8Supply and replacement of expulsion fuse, single pole, channel type / drop out type suitable as per site requirement with working pressure 11 KV grade of capacity 50 to 100 Amps complete all as specified and directed.
9Supply and replacement of lightning arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for working pressure 11000 Voltsand includingconnection to earth with GI 32 x 6 mm strip complete all as specified and directed.
10Supply and replacement of switch air break gang operated for 11 KV grade, triple pole vertically mounted on insulator and fitted on steel frame, current rating 200 Amps, mechanically operated mechanism from ground level consisting ofoperating rod of GI Pipe 25 mm bore light grade of suitable length with locking arrangement, mild steel flat iron clamp 50 x 6 mm complete all as specified and as directed

12Dismantling of air break gang operated switchesHT 11 KV 3 Phase, 200 / 400 amps, vertical / horizontal mounted and including insulators and operating mechanism for repair / replacement of broken / worn out components and insulators etc. with or without taking down from pole complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a)Spares needed to be replaced shall be measured and paid seperately as "supply only" against respective items of schedule. The unit rate shall deemed to be included for labour component involved in replacement and handling of serviceable materials for reuse to site. 25S&F unreinforced pre-cast concrete cable cover, class HV type 2, flat of size 450 x180 x 40 mm with minimum average breaking load 350 Kg, as per IS-5820:1970, complete all as specified and directed.
26S&F galvanised iron pipe 80 mm bore, light grade as in protection of UG cable laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.
27Taking out transformer from its position from any location under GE Chilka for repair /servicing/ rewindingofcapacity63 to 400 KVA, 11 / 0.433 volts disconnecting / openingHV, LV electrical connections, earthing connections and including carrying out following works in presence of BOO detailed by GE complete all as specified and directed :-
28(a) Transporation of transformer to workshopand back to siteby making necessary arrangements of T&P (crane, recovery, vehicle, tripoid to be arranged by firm). (b) Opening of transformer top cover by extraction, removingof serviceable / unserviceable nuts bolts and washers etc . (c) Draining out of transformer oil and keeping in safe custody for reuse. (d) Lifting primary coil (HT) and secondary coil (LT) , dismantaling of transformer complete part by part carefully and display all the parts without damaging any portion. (e) Refilling topping up of transformer oil after dehyderation and filteration in transformer.
29(f). Reassembeling the transformer. (g) Reinstall the transformer at site in position as directed after repair connectingHV, LV electrical connections, earthing connections and testingto entire satisfaction on load. Note:- (i) Replacement of userviceable parts like; bush insulator, brass studs, cork gasket, breather assembly, tap changer, rewinding, reinsulation of primary and secondary coil with copper winding wire, dehyderation and filteration of transformer oil etc shall be measured and paid seperately under respective Item of schedule. (ii) Renewal ofadequate size Nut, bolts & washers of transformer top cover etc, shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
30M&L for rewinding HT coil of 11/ 0433 KV transformerof any capacity using proper size DPC copper wire and insulation material, heating coils in heat chamber after rewinding and including taking out carefully burnt unserviceable copper winding of coilscomplete all as specified and directed.
31All as per Sl. item No. 27 above butLT coil of 11/ 0.433 KV transformer
32Re-insulation of HT coil of transformer of any capacity using proper size paper insulation material to form DPC copper wire and HT insulation material suitable for HT 11 KV transformer complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Item shall be measured only where re-insulation of copper wire is required.)

51M&L preparation of old painted transformer of 63 to 400 KVA, 11 / 0.433 volts capacity transformers by scrapping with steel wire brush / scrapper emery paper, etc. and applying one coat of synthetic enamel smoke grey paint with spray machine and including writing of SM No, MES No. etc. at prominent place / location of transformer with black synthetic enamel thick paint in white back ground complete all as specified and directed.
52M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to earth leadwire 32 x 6 mm dia bymeans of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and directed.
53Note:- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC 1:1.5:3, type A1 cover slab, 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 140 mm C/C both ways, 10 mm dia plain bar lifting handle embedded in cover slab, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, 15 mm bore GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer etc.
54Supply and replacement of continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or batten or reccess or chasses or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop copper strip of size 20 mm x 3 mm connected to test point complete all as specified and directed.
55M&L writing lettering on steel tubular / pre-stressed concrete pole (8 cm in height) with synthetic enamel paint (white) on base of black paint in round shape of 15 cm dia complete all as specified and directed.
56Servicing, inspecting, checking, cleaning by using of blower, lubrication, greasing and carrying out preventive maintanance of RMU of capacity 11 KV, 250/350 MVA and including calibrating the relay by conducting secondary injection tests and making RMU in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to beincludefor labour for supply only spare parts and necessary T&P, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape, compound, painting of RMU panels with approved colour and including lettering details all as per exisitngetc.(ii)Supply only spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.
57Supply only self powered relay with O/C , S/C , E/F protection. Relay should have a front USB port for laptop interface, LCD display,10 event records, 5 fault records, min 2 setting group and keypad for setting parameters for the relay.

69Disconnect and taking out the IDMT / Numeric / Microprocessor based relay of any type of any make from 11 KV HT panel at 11KV sub stn MOV old, cleaning the contacts, calibrating the relay by conducting secondary injection tests, checking of current transformer, rectification of defects in control wiring for proper tripping of circuit breakers through CTs and relay and tripping coils, adjustment / setting to plug and time multiplier settings of the relay to achieve the discrimination in tripping, tune / synchronise upstream breaker relay settings, re-installation of relay, testing & commissioningetc, complete all as specified and directed.
70Note: The contractor has to arrange necessary testing kits, testing equipments, tools etc. Testing & tuning shall be carried out in the presence of representative of the GE.
71Taking down HT switch gear (Vacuum circuit breaker) at 11KV sub stn MOV old site of capacity11 KV, 250 / 350 MVAcomprising of repairs, complete overhauling / servicing, carrying out preventive maintenance alongwith testing of breakers by current injection test and refixing the same after repairs/ overhauling complete all as specified and directed.
72Note: (i) The servicing includes for busbar duct chamber, cable alleys and connecting accessories (ii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to beinclude for necessary T&P, minor parts i.e. nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape, compound, painting of VCB panels with approved colour including lettering details all as per existingetc, to put in to the VCBs and panels in serviceable condition.
73(iii) Major spares like breaker bushings, vacuum interrupter assly, busbar spout, busbar spout connections, circuit spout / circuit spout connections / buffer fixed contacts, moving contacts, tank assly / barriers, solenoid spares, dependent / spring mechanism / motor mechanism, trip unit etc, will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ, (iv) The servicing shall be carried out by auhtorised service engineer of OEM and approval of the same shall be taken before commencement.
