Requirement is to maintain the tanks in the below list with water, a schedule can be planned as per the day consumption plan and be followed however any sudden shortages should also be catered. Payable on Trip basis after Due certification from the officer in charge and bills can be raised on monthly basis. The contractor will be responsible for the following: • Supply Water to inside of the Plant • Supply Water to Stock Pile • Water analysis report has to submitted for the better water supply • Every day supply of water to all Water tank areas in plant • Everyday verification of all water tanks. • Water supply to the plant to be made in a water tanker with due statuary clearances and fitness certificate. All the Plant vehicle safety Norms to be abided. • If the water is not available at plant reservoir, Party has to take water from GVMC and fill water in the Plant. • All additional requirements also should be catered by the agency. Following protocols/documents to be maintained by the agency A. Daily checks • Checking and maintaining logbook for readings of water tank • Checking and maintaining Gate entry receipts for entering in the plant. • Checking functioning of water level indicators • Checking water level and filling water tanks with the help of Motor lifting and filling • Checking the water tanks for any leakage • Checking battery filling of water tanks without wastage of water B.
