| 3 | Cleaning of bushings of transformer withconcentrated Hydrochloric acid or ammonia whichever is applicable |
| 4 | Cleaning of transformer body including core & winding with hot transformer oil of suitable diaelectric strength to be supplied by agency (without causing damage to windings and insulation paper) |
| 5 | Descaling and cleaning of all ducts, conservator oil meter, valve, explosion vent |
| 6 | Cleaning of all marshalling box and tightening of all the connections |
| 7 | Painting of transformer with 2 coat polymer paint (both from outside & inside) |
| 8 | Replacement of complete gasket and corksheet of suitable thikness and type as peer sample |
| 9 | Putting of core & winding in the transformer with proper alignment by crane or winch (arrangement to be done by the concerned agency) |
