1Removing of old sulphated lime wash/white or colour wash in multiple applications without causing damage to the below stone/brick/plastered surface. Scrubbing (not by scraping which leaves surfaces scarred and scratched ) with bristle brushes and hot water ( Care to be taken ifthe surface is weak one it will break down). Hot water should be used if the limewash has an oil or tallow binder. Gentle cleaning with air abrasive tools can be usedif the wall surface is not very week.The final clean will almost invariably have to be carried out by hand scrubbing and rinsed with clean water on completion. The work should be done under supervision of a trained conservator
2Removal of stains, dirt, blackening and other contaminants from Stone by using the solution of Non Ionic soap diluted with water . The soap solution should be mild and the recommeded PH Value is 7.
3Labour charges for removing grass, thorney shrubs, Jungli shrub, Kubabul and alike grass along roadside making the ground clean by showel and phavaras etc. complete.
4Lowering down carefully existing stone masonry of the monument manually in proper order including shifting the stone elements up to a distance of 50 meter beyond the monument area and stacking them as directed by Engineer in-charge, removing building rubbish and cleaning the site etc. complete.

11Providing and laying cast in situ 1:2:4 Lime Concrete of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation and bedding as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including bailing out water, centring, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required with fine aggregate, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller and then mixing with coursed aggregate in drum mixer as per specifications including bailing out water, watering etc. complete.
12Providing Un-coursed Rubble Masonry of trap / granite stones in lime mortar 1:1½, in foundation and plinth as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stones to be set in the work as received from the quarry, after merely knocking off weak corners and edges with the masons hammer, the stones shall be carefully laid so as to break joints, no joint shall exceed 12.5 mm. (½?) in thickness, every stone shall be set flush in mortar, the face stone shall be for greater size, and good beds, one through stone shall be inserted at least every 0.80 sq. mete (1 square yard), the joints shall be racked out carefully at least 25 mm. (1?) where pointing or plastering to be done, striking joints where no pointing or plastering is to be done, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, bailing out water, watering and all exposed masonry work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.
13Providing/Re-setting Ashlar Fine Masonry of reuse-stones in lime mortar 1:1 in superstructure as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stones shall be set in fine mortar, the beds or joints being in no case more than 3 mm. 18Providing Ashlar Fine Stone Steps of trap / granite stones in lime mortar 1:1with size of stone 45 cm. x 35 cm. x 20 cm. as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stones be of approved quality, colour, hard and free from defect of any kind, the stones shall be of exact size and shape, the shall be fine dressed on exposed surface, holes for balusters should be cut in the steps before they are laid, each stone shall rest at least 3.8 cm. (1½?) on that below it, the beds or joints being in no case more than 3 mm. (??), preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, watering and all steps work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc.complete. (For Steps)
19Providing Rectangular Coping Cut-stone Second Sort, 20 cm. height and 52.5 cm. wide of trap / granite stones in lime mortar 1:1½, size of stone is 75 cm. x 55 cm. x 20 cm. as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stones be of approved quality, colour, hard and free from defect of any kind, the stone shall be dressed full or to template, exposed face of the stones shall be rough-tooled and all joints shall be in line and close and not more than 3 mm. thick, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, scaffolding, watering and all coping work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.
20Stone consolidation-removing the loose/damaged stone and reconsolidating with new stone/reusable stone with lime mortar(1:3) wherever ncessary
21Providing and fixing stone dowels 10x5x2.50 cm cut to double wedge shape as per design in lime mortar 1:2 (1 lime : 2 coarse sand), including making the necessary chases.
22Providing 12 mm. thick Rough Cast Lime Plaster in single coat in lime mortar 1½:1 in superstructure, as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including all joints in masonry and brick work are to be racked out to a depth of at least 20 mm. and the wall to be washed with fresh water and thoroughly wetted for six hours before plastering, the plaster to be applied in an even and uniform coat well pressed in to the joints and to be well beaten for 1½ days with hand tappers, the plaster should also be well sprinkle during the proses of beating with a mixture of 1.10 kg jaggary and 640 gram pulp of wood apple (Belfruit) in 90 to 135 litre of water, the plaster being wetted occasionally with fresh water while the beating is in progress, all exposed angles and junctions with door frame to be carefully finished, all mouldings shall be worked true to template and drawn neat, clean and level, soffits of arches must true arch of circle, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller with 1.60 kg Gugal (a kind of fragrant gum) and 960 gram chopped hemp (fibre of bhendi or tag ) per cubic metre of lime mortar as a bonding material, of lime as a bonding material, scaffolding, watering and all work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.
23Providing Fine Coat of Lime over rough cast plaster in superstructure, as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the finishing coat is to be applied over rough cast plaster and well-polished with trowel, preparing the lime mortar, scaffolding and watering complete.
24Providing and laying cast in situ 1:1:4 Lime Concrete of broken brick metal for coping or waterproofing as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including centring, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required, with fine aggregate, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller and then mixing with coursed aggregate or surkhi in drum mixer, the concrete must be bitten for two days with pouring water as per specifications, scaffolding, watering and all concrete work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains, etc. complete.
25Repairing of .5mm to 5 mm wide open joints / cracks in all types of sand stone masonry work including scrapping of loose jointing material from cracks. The inner side to be filled/pointed with polymer mixed lime mortar with wooden trowel and fixing grouting nipple from outer side as directed by Architect. Then apply polymer based lime mortar by injection grouting through 5mm diameter nozzle through the pre fix nipple up to total thickness of existing stone wall and removing the PVC nipple pipe, lime moratr of mix lime & sand 1:1 mix with polymer using katha or other additives to achieve require matching colour and including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, equipment, curing and cleaning the site as directed.
26Providing and laying in position flooring of telephone black / Amba White / Cat bary brown / Rubyred / Ocean Brown granite stone of approved shade and size 18 mm to 20 mm thick on bed 1:6 cement mortar including cement floats striking joints, pointing in C.M. 1:3 curing and cleaning etc. complete.
27Providing leather finished polishing to Granite Stone slab by continuous grinding in 4 coats of different bits to receive rough and matt finish including buffing process before laying and fixing of stone as per drawing and design, including cleaning, washing and finishing etc. complete.
28Providing and fixing Stone Paving, Second Sort in lime mortar 1:1½, with size of stone 45 cm. x 30 cm. x 15 cm., as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including all stone slabs to of approved quality, hard, even, sound, durable and uniform thickness, the stones to be not finely chisel-dressed on the surface and the course to be of prescribed width, true for top 25 mm. (1?), the joints running true, the stones to be laid with joints not exceeding 8 mm. (5/16?) thick and to be evenly and firmly bedded flush in mortar on the concrete and no hollow left, side to be dressed true and as per shape at least half the depth from the face, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, watering and all paving work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.
29Carving out of ornamental work including moulding. grove, chisseling & dresing the same part with fine finishing as per existing/similar type of work of on the stone surface of any type & size or as directed by engineer in charge etc. complete. The charges for chisscling & dressing on stone surface for govering at the stone surface after chisling a fine surface rate for as per market rate
30Carving ornamental work on surface including moulding. grove, chisseling & dresing the same part with fine finishing as per existing/similar type of work of on the stone surface of any type & size or as directed by engineer in charge etc. complete. The charges for chisscling & dressing on stone surface for ornamental carving work surface etc. as per existing design pattern and form as directed by engineer in charge.
31Providing injection grouting with a slurry of lime and fine screened sand in proportion 1:1 with a proper pressurized jet pump, including cleaning, washing and packing the existing cracks or holes in the brick or stone masonry properly upwards with the slurry, scaffolding, curing, etc.complete.
32Disposing off / conveying the dismantelled materials of stone masonry / brick masonry/ concrete/ debris/ excavated material / soil / murrum / rubbish material or vegetation / grass / shrubs etc. from site to 10 Km as directed by Engineer incharge (SSR 22-23, Statement C-1, P.No. 559)
