Make: Blue Star (b) 02 Nos Walk in cooler having refrigerant unit 06 Nos x 10TR each three phase hermetically sealed compressor Model LC-2120 (02 Nos running and one stand by in each walk- in- cooler) for maintaining the temperature range (-) 18°C to (-) 20°C RH 50% for fish/ mutton/ chicken room
7Notes for item No 1.0 to 5.0- (i) Contractor shall submit ID proof, residential proof, bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engineer-in-Charge before employing a person as Ref Mech (ii)Ref/ AC mechanic shall be available as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction.If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge or JE he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery of Rs 1500/-per shift shall be affected. (iii) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (iv) Contractor shall submit the labour licence & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (v)The payment shall be made to employees on or before 10th of every calender month.Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque / RTGS / NEFT / IMPS through Aadhar card linked Bank Account only and it shall not be less than minumum fair wages and statutory requiments such EPF and ESI as per Act in vogue. (vi)The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of life insurance for the tradesmen employed by him in case of untoward incident such as injuries fracture or casualty while on duty (vii) Surprise check will be carried out by department representative and if any employes is not available at his working place, he will be treated as absent. (viii)Contractor has to submit the list of employees including reserve alongwith police verification, Aadhar card, Aadhar card linked Bank Account No and relevant documents as mentioned in PS to the Engineer-in-Charge alongwith performance security before issue work order.
8(ix)Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF and ESI subscription made by his alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment (x)Contractor has to employ the number of labours per day as intimated by the Engineer-in-Charge for which he has to make alternative arrangement. (xi) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (xii)Contractor shall quote the rates considering their monthly leaves, releiver etc as per labour laws and nothing extra shall be paid on account of the above. In case of absence of staff/tradesman from duty, payment of that day will not be paid. In addition to that a penalty of Rs 1500/- per day per person will be recovered from contractors dues.Also in case of long absence (more than one week) of staff/tradesman, the penalty shall be recovered including Sundays & Holidays if any.The contractor shall have no claim on this account. (xiii) Contractor has to supply two sets of Tools and Plants (as applicable) to the labours employed by him and should be placed with the safe custody of department.Rates quoted shall be deemedshall be included as part of contractors profit.
9(xiv)The bidders shall not quote rate less than minimum fair wages including other statutory requirement such EPF and ESI including GST as given at para 19 of Sch A Notes. If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost, the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid.(xv)The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated costand amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work.If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees and other statutory requirments like EPF and ESI, the department shall have right to withhold the said amount which will be verified and confirmed by GE.The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withhold shall be final and binding.The withhold amount will be utilised byGE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 working days, it shall be treated as willful negligence of the bidder with ulterior motives and such tenderer shall be banned from bidding for a period of six months commencing from the date of opening of Financial Bid .The contractor shall sumbit 03 Nos of BGBs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above.The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be 04months, 08 month & 12 monthsrespectively for the purpose of encashment/ release as the case may be. (xvi) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver wherever sundays & holidays are mentioned for working (xvii) Quoted rates should include Stationary,Uniform,Shoes,log book and all safety equipments/ Harness which shall be included as part of contractors profit.
10Labour only for repair/overhauling and including replacement of unserviceable spares of AC Plantcompressor reciprocatingtype model5 H 40 OF VOLTAGE Make by dismantling complete assembly, after pumping down refrigerant R-22, checking of all spares and segregate of serviceable and unserviceable spares overhaulingthe compressor includingreplacement of unserviceable spares, alsoincluding machining of crank shaft bearing,polishing, replacing of gasketspacking,reassembling complete and rechargingof pumpeddown Refrigerant, also charging of additional refrigerant upto the required pressure & topping up if required to maintain the required standingcharged pressure of compressor oil and gas, testing for smooth functioning etc,Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge. Location :MWC AC PLANTS (Note: Cost of all the elements (material cost as well as labour cost) for making the compressors completely functional except the following shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates : (a) Supply only spares for compressor reciprocating type model 5 H 40 of existing Make included under item Nos 06.01 to 06.17 here-in-after.
