(iv)The maintenance shall be carried out through skilled technician having 3-5 years experiance and one helper. Daily attendence register and routine maintanence record as per the format approved by Engineer-in-charge shall be prepared,maintained and signed bycontractor and Engr-in-Charge. . Complaints shall be attended on daily basis asrecieved and recorded in complaint register. (v)Emergency visit will be carried out when called in addition to the routine monthly maintenance in case of any failure in the system due to any cause without additional cost.
