3Materials and labour for taking out old unserviceable defective HV bushingson site from outdoor/indoor type distribution transformers of 11/0.433 KV and 63 KVA to 500 KVA and Supply and fix porcelain bushing with heat resistant gasket complete all as specified and directed .
4Materials and labour for taking out old unserviceable defective LV bushingson site from outdoor/indoor type distribution transformers of 11/0.433 KV and 63 KVA to 160 KVA and Supply and fix porcelain bushing with heat resistant gasket complete all as specified an directed.

22Supply only 11 KV line discharging and earthing rod assembly complete in 3 or 4 section (18 to 20 ft) long with screw handed jaw contact, earth wire etc complete all as specified and directed.
23Taking out saturated silica gel from existing breather andSupply and replace silica gel in breather of transformers complete all as specified and directed.
24Supply and fix in repair silica gel breather 250gm capacity made up of aluminium Top,transparent centre portion made of polycarbonate, filled with silica gelsuitable for transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
25Dismantling of overhead ACSR (Aluminium conductor steel reinforced)from existing electric pole andremoving unserviceable ACSR from site and store carefully the serviceable ACSR after cleaning and complete all as specified and directed.
26Labour only for Re-fixing the serviceable Aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductoras in LT overhead electric line and stretching the same with required span, standard sag and binding the conductor with pin/shackle insulator and jumpers with aluminum binding wire not less than 2.00mm dia, PG clamp etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Serviceable ACSR will be received from Item No. 25 above of this Schedule. (B) T&P required will be provodided by the contractor and cost for the same deemed to be included in quoted rate.
27Materials and labour forAluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor ,Wiesel type as in LT overhead electric line and stretching the same with required span, standard sag and binding the conductor with pin/shackle insulator and jumpers with aluminum binding wire not less than 2.00mm dia, PG clamp etc complete all as specified and as directed.
28Dismantling of old, unserviceable HT/LT steeltubular pole / rail pole of any size with necessarydemolition of concrete foundation including excavation, earth work as reqd complete all as specified and as directed.
29Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole, type 410 SP 55 (Overall length 11.00 meter) conforming to IS-2713 (Part 1 to 3) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, screws. Pole shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous throughout internally and externally upto planting depth and the remaining external portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer includingpainting from bottom to 1.2m height alternative with 30cm red and whitestrip and writing pole no with black paint on yellow background complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items of schedule "A"/BoQ. (b) Design / drawing of HT pole and dimension is to be obtained from OEM/auth dealer/supplier and same is to be got approved fromAGE(I) before placing order to the manufacturer.
30Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation of poles,cables etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including taking out brick protection etc complete all as specified and as directed.
31All as per item No 30 above but depth exc 1.5m but n.exc 3mcomplete all as specified and as directed.
32Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soils complete all as specified and as directed.
33Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50M and deposited/ spreaded where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting point completeall as specified and as directed .
34Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cableincludingspreading and punning down to desired thickness complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose)
35Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concretecomplete all as specified and as directed.
36Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concretecomplete all as specified and as directed.
37Materials and labour for providing cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping of poles including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.
38Supply and laying of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, Type I, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.
39Supply, laying connecting and testing XLPEinsulated, PVC sheathed, armoured HT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor)of size 95 Sqmm, 3.0 core, 11000 Volts(Earthed) grade, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands & suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.
40Material and labour for GI pipe light grade 80mm bore dia with all fittings to be laid in trenches or in floors, complete including taking down rusted one complete all as specified and as directed.
41Material and labour for Isolating 11KV HT overhead supply from the substation and earth complete system properly, disconnecting complete electric system of the transformer from HT and LT side including earthing strips, removing transformer and taking out from substation or taking down from 2/4 pole structure ,lifting arrangements, transporting to authorized service centre/work shop for repair of winding incl required amount of copper and back to the installation after repair including installing, commissioning and testing of the capacity of 150 KVA. NOTE:-(a) Necessary T&P should be arranged by the contractor. (b) The rate of T&P is deemed to be included quoted rate
42Material and labour disconnectingcomplete electric system of the transformer upto 63 KVA from HT/LT side including earthing strips, remove transformer and taking out from 2/4 pole structure/sub station, transport to authorised service centre/work shop for servicing of transformer,Draining outcomplete transformer oil and keeping oilin safe custody in clean and dry containers for reuse. Opening the top cover of the transformer, disconnecting and taking out complete core assembly and dismantling it for checking the serviceability of the coil winding, checking the condition of the body, cleaning the tank and remove sludge/dirt, cleaning the coils limbs, refixing of core, core assy,tap changer assy,HT/LT winding connection, terminal studs of HT/LT sides and reassembling of transformer after repairs, refitting the transformer coil including improvement of insulation resistance value by heating or any other method to required level filling the transformer oil.Transporting back to site and refixing on 2/4 pole structure/sub station installation,commissioning and testingcomplete all as directed and specified to the entire satisfaction of engr-in-Charge . Note:-The rate quoted is deemed to include the following:- (a) To and fro transportation charges from the site to work shop. (b) Crane, tools, plants and manpower are included in the above quoted rates.
43All as per Serial item No 42.00 above but of 100KVA to 200KVA.
44All as per Serial item No 42.00 above but of 250KVA to 400KVA.
45M& L disconnecting and refixingcomplete electric system of the Voltage stabilizer of capacity 150 KVA for servicing of the voltage stabilizer, Draining out the complete oil and keeping in safe custody in clean and dry containers for reuse. Opening the top cover of the Servo Voltage stabilizer, disconnecting and taking out complete core assembly and dismantling it for checking the serviceability of the coil winding, checking the condition of the body, cleaning the tank and remove sludge/dirt, cleaning the coils & repair of coils (dimmer) if required and reassembling of servo voltage stabilizer after repairs, refitting the coil including replacement of digital control card, carbon brush etc, complete all as directed to the entire satisfaction of engr-in-Charge. Note : Cost of Digital control card, carbon brush & Coil (Dimmer) will be paid separately)
46Supply only Digital control card of servo voltage stabilizer of capacity upto 150 KVA,complete all as specified and directed.
47Supply only Carbon brush of servo voltage stabilizer of capacity upto 150 KVA,complete all as specified and directed.
48Supply only Coil (Dimmer) of servo voltage stabilizer of capacity upto 150 KVA,complete all as specified and directed.
49Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of 11mtr long steel tubular electric HT pole by using emery paper, painting exposed surface with one coat of silver aluminium paintincludingpainting from bottom to 1.2m height alternative with 30cm red and whitestrip and writing pole no with black paint on yellow backgroundcompleted all as specified and as directed.
50Removal of unwanted grass, plants and vegetations from E/M installations including surface dressing and removal of grass, plants and vegetations from site not less than 50 mtr from starting point complete all as specified and directed.
51Labour only for prunning of tree branches touching the electric overhead lines with growth around LT/HT over head lines and around pole and stay complete to make clear span of 3 Mtron either side all around the Over Head line with all tools, plants etc complete all as specifed and as dricted Note :- (i) Any breakdown of line occured during prunning shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost .
52Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised wire of 4mm diaby means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 15mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion including taking down old unserviciable earthing set all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.
