| 2 | Providing and fixing wooden customer service counter of size 1500mm length and 300mm width (Top - Front side) having height of 1050mm with attachment of working top having height of 750mm and of L-shape having legs of 1500mm x 650mm and 1150mm x 450mm with tapering at joint of legs including arrangement of computer system as key board etc complete as per drawing No.A1 to A6, including fixing provision for two Nos. stainless steel rectangular tube of size 25mm x 50mm of 1.7mm thick having height of 2100mm fitted with counter to support the overhead signage panel as per Drawing (Stainless steel tube and signage will be paid separately).The counter shall be made of following ingredients etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (a) The counter top ie 1500mm x 300mm is with 18mm thick granite of LAKA red shade/ equivalent approved as per EIC, mirror polished andPremoulded and prepolished for counter top including rubbing, full edge moulding and polished to exposed edges to give high gloss finish etc complete (samples shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge). Granite slab shall be fixed to 19mm thick marine plywood conforming to IS:710of width not less than 250mm. |
| 3 | (b) Staff writing side 1500mm x 650mm and \"L\" shape 1150mm x 450mm is with 18mm thick granite of LAKA red shade/ equivalent approved as per EIC, mirror polished andPremoulded and prepolished for working top including rubbing, full edge moulding and polished to exposed edge to give high gloss finish etc complete fitted over the frame work of 19mm thick marine plywood conforming to IS:710 of width not less than 550mm , of best quality of approved make greenply or equivalent and with 6mm flexiply and 1.00mmthick silver metalic (Greenlam/merrinolam) lamination conforming to IS:2046, for front as per drawing shapeand balance portion and on all external with decorative lamination of PO red 1 mm thick and internal sides with decorative lamination of PO red 0.60 mm thick conforming to IS:2046, of (Greenlam/virgolam/ merrinolam or equivalent) as per direction of EIC. Inside drawers and cupboard to be painted with two or more coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand on putty finish. |
| 4 | (c) The edges of plywood whereverrequired shall be covered by 19mm wide and 6mm thick IInd class teak wood beading (margin) and laminated with 0.60mm thick lamination.(d) The keyboard and drawers (2 nos) shall be fitted with a pair of 450mm long stainless steel telescopic channels of approved quality of make fly rail.(e) The shutter below drawers in the counter shall be fitted with M.S. Piano type hinge ISI marked conforming to IS:13818 finished with nickel plating of overall width 35mm.(f) The shutter of the counter shall be provded with 4 Nos. multipurpose cabinet locks of Godrej Make or equivalent and 4Nos. brush finish stainless steel handle of 75mm long and magnetic catcher of best quality.(g) The cashchest and cupboard in the staff writing side shall be 375mm width and other measurements as per the attached drawings. Side cupboard shall be supported with additional vertical support of 19mm thick marine plywood conforming to IS:710 of width not less than 400mm . The work shall include all operations, Labour and materials, adhesive fevicol SH, nails and stainless steel screws etc. including approval of samples complete as per drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.NOTE: - NOMENCLATURE OF ITEM SHALL SUPERCEDE OVER THE DRAWINGS IN CASE OF ANY AMBIGUITY BETWEEN TWO. |
| 5 | LOGO SIGNAGEProviding and fixing logo using 2nos polished Stainless steel tubes of size 50x25x2mm having height 1350mm shall be fixed to counter top to support the overhead logo signage panel, the pipes shall be fixed using SS L-clamps, MS powder coated screws, nuts, bolts etc. wherever necessary etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.a) The counter topfacia logo frame box of size 1450x100x230mm shall be fabricated with frame work of M.S. box sections 25x25mm covered with Aluminium composite panel panelling on 5 sides and logo facia of flex material of approved pattern and design along with lighting of 1nos tube light and wiring for the same. |
| 6 | Providing and fixing FACTORY MADE storage cupboard as per approved drawings and design. The cupboard shall be fabricated with following material and operation.(a)a) 19 mmthick 11 plyPly wood,Marine ply(Conforming to IS:710), With commercial veneering on both faces withbest quality of approved brand such asDuro/Century/Kitply/Archidply or equivalent confirming to IS standards and BWP grade shall be used to prepare the cupboard and its shutters(b) All exposed outer surface of whole cup-board shall be laminated with 1.00mm thick decoratoive laminateof greenlam /virgolam /archidlam \Sundekor equivelent. The cupboard top shall be laminated with metallic laminate of silver colour shade.(c) All edges of Ply board shall be edge banded with beading to match the shade of the laminate. (d) The 19 mm thick cup board shutter shall be fitted with M.S. piano type of ISI marked confirming to IS-3818 finished with nickel plating. The shutters of cup board shall be provided with magnetic catcher of heavy duty and best quality(tripple strip) horizontal type with multi purpose cabinet lock of godrej or its equivalent and brush finish stainless steel handles 75mm size as per approved drawings and design. |
| 7 | e) The cupboard shall have one number of shelf fabricated with 19 mm Ply board and laminatd with 1.00mm thick laminate of approved shade and make on both the sides.f) The cupboard shall have 60mm high recessed skirting make of 19 mm thick Ply board covered with 1.00 mm thick laminate of approved shade and make.The work shall inclue cost of all operations labour and materials, adhesive, nails, stainless steels screws etc. including approval of samples all complete as per direction if Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- All cutting and finishing woks shall be carried out usingCNC Machines. Nomenclature of item shall supersede over the drawingin case of any ambiguity between the two and the decision of the Engineer in charge shall be final and binding. Storage cup board of size 900mmx400mmx1050mm with two Shutters with magnetic catcher, brush finish stainless steel handles of suitable size (75mm ) and multi purpose cabinet lock of godrej or equivalent in each Shutter as per approved drawings and design and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |

The dustbin shall be made of 1 mm thick stainless steel sheet (SS-304 grade) with necessary argon welding wherever required.a) The work shall include cost of all operations, labour and material, adhesive, nails, stainless steel screws etc. including approval of samples etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.NOTE:- All cutting and finishing woks shall be carried out usingCNC Machines.
