Servicing and Testing of 6.6 kV HT Switchboard (Total Panels – 10 Nos.) 1.1 Servicing and Testing of VCB 1.2 Secondary Injection Testing of Numerical / Electromechanical 1.3 Relays testing 1.4 Routine testing of CT / PT 1.5 Busbar and Busbar Chamber cleaning and testing 1.6 Cleaning and Control Checking 1.7 Protection Relay checking and testing <(>&<)> Co-ordination 2. HT PANEL PAINTING SPRAEY FOR OUTSIDE (Colour shed RAL 7032/RAL 7035) 3. Fabrication <(>&<)> fixing of Side Cover of HT Panels 4. Commissioning 6.6KV HT ( 8 FRONT ) 5. IF any equipment or component (i.e. Handle, Indication lamp ,Mutifunction meter, Volt meter, Ammeter etc.)found faulty during testing should be arranged by vendor at additional cost through mutual agreement in co-ordination with contracts team. 6. All Busbar coupling bolts to be replaced by new One. 7. Required Re-furnishment to be done at AMNS Premises only. 8. Vendor have to submit detailed test reports after completion of job. Scope of Work (AMNS) 1.Reuired power Supply at single location will be provided. 2.Proper space for carrying out Re-furbishment job to be provided. Line Item 20:3200A PCC,PDB <(>&<)> MLDB Refurbishment Scope of work (Vendor) : - 1. Health check-up of all breakers to be done. 2. All busbar <(>&<)> busbar chamber inspection and testing to be done. 3. All feeders electrical as well as mechanical testing <(>&<)> interlock to be done. 4. CT, PT, all relays, all meters, Indication lamps testing to be done. 5. Checking and sealing of cable entry holes and Cleaning of Bushing to be done 6. Checking handles and doors <(>&<)> rectification if required, all outgoing connector to be replaced. 7. If we want to remove 1 no vertical then pls give its quotation as optional. 8. Testing of the spring charging motor (All) will be conducted at 500 vdc. 9. Testing of magnetic coils which used for the closing and tripping operations. 10. Old paint to be removed, and surface smoothing to be done, and new paint coating to apply as per M/S AMNS standard. Colour shed – (RAL 7032 /RAL 7035) 11. After installation 12. IF any equipment or component (i.e.Handle,Indication lamp, Multifunction meter,Voltmeter,Ammeter etc.)found faulty during testing should be arranged by vendor at additional cost through mutual agreement in co-ordination with contracts team. 13. Line Item 30:Battery Bank and Charger panel ( 110V,150AH dual float cum boost battery charger <(>&<)> DCDB with Exide Batteries Scope of work (VENDOR):- 1. Replacement of All batteries with new ones. Make sure the replacements match the specifications of the original batteries in terms of voltage and capacity. 2. If battery bank consists of lead-acid batteries, perform an equalization charge. This process helps balance the charge among indi vidual batteries and improves overall performance. 3. Inspect and tighten all connections. Loose or corroded connections can lead to inefficiencies and reduce the lifespan of the battery bank. 4. Implement a monitoring system to keep track of the battery bank’s performance over time.
