Rivet 16Mm Diameter, Split Pin Of Brass And Tested As Per Is:2121 & 2486 Or Latest Version Thereof. The Weight Of Aluminum Portion Shall Be 1250 Gms. ± 2.5% And That Of Steel Portion Shall Be 750 Gms. ±2.5%. , Ball Clevis And Eye Socket Suitable For 11 Kv Disc Insulator, Eye Socket Made Of Malleable Cast Iron, “W” Pin Type With “W” Pin Copper Weight -700 Grams ±2.5%. Ball Clevis, Made Of En-8 Alloy By Drop Forged Method And Having Rivet Of 16 Mm Dia And Split Pin Of Brass.Weight 425 Grams ± 2.5% ( Without Rivet ) . The Socket Eye, Ball Cleaves, Rivet, Washers Etc.     1Fabrication and supply of dead end clamps of strong Aluminum Alloy (A-6 Alloy) manufactured by die casting process and pressure suitable for AAAC 7/4.26mm /ACSR 6/1/4.72mm or equivalent size of ACSR Conductor,having 3 "U" bolts of 12 mm diameter, hot dipped galvanized as per IS:2633 or latest version thereof. Rivet 16mm diameter, split pin of brass and tested as per IS:2121 & 2486 or latest version thereof. The weight of aluminum portion shall be 1250 gms. ± 2.5% and that of steel portion shall be 750 gms. ±2.5%.
    2Ball Clevis and Eye Socket suitable for 11 KV disc insulator, Eye Socket made of malleable cast iron, “W” pin type with “W” pin copper weight -700 grams ±2.5%. Ball Clevis, made of EN-8 alloy by drop forged method and having rivet of 16 mm dia and split pin of brass.Weight 425 Grams ± 2.5% (without rivet). The socket eye, ball cleaves, rivet, washers etc. should be hot dip enamaled conforming to IS-2633 and tested as per IS:-2486 (Part-I,II & III) with upto date amendments if any UTS-7500 Kg.
