The Roller system comprising of post of hot dipgalvanizedsteelof140mmdiameter,mainpostof2200mm height, 4.5mm thick (including reinforced to 1m height with 125mm dia, 4mm thick inner post) and intermediate post of 135mm dia, 780mm height of 4mm thick, spaced with intervals of 666.66mm c/c installed in hardened surface made of M15 Grade concreteusing40mm metal. Safetysleeverailof SS400section 125 x 100 x 5 mm are fixed two at top and two at bottom rails in mainposts, twoshockabsorbingrollersof 370mmdiameterand 210mmheightofeachmadeofpolypropylene-EVA(Ethylene VinylAcetate) with reflective bands (minimum Class-1), including jointsleeverailsof108x75x5mmof900mmfortoprailsand 300mm length for bottom rails, each sleeve to be fabricated with a series of slotted and round holes, including Post caps, round rail, lockers, pipes, stopper boards, LED guide lamps, connecting materiallikebolts,fastenersetc.,andallchargesforerectingat site.Allsteelparts(FRAMES235RequivalentSS400)andpost S235JRshallbehotdipgalvanizedtoprotectagainstcorrosion. Thesystemshallbeinstalledinaccordancewiththedrawings, assembly instructions,including the costoflabour, Machineries, conveyance,loadingandunloadingchargesandallother incidental charges whichever necessary including the liability periodof5yearsforallmaterialsandaspertheguidanceofthe departmental engineers etc., complete.
