Supplying, mixing, pouring/ pumping of anti washout non shrink cementitious micro concrete (RENDEROC RG(M) of FOSROC or equivalent) for repair the damaged portions of columns, beams, waist slab and wherever required etc., mixed with 10mm to 6mm graded cleaned washed and saturated surface dry aggregates mixing the compound with the aggregatesin the mix proportionsas per manufacturer"s specifications and as directed. The rate includesconveying pouring the micro -concrete using positive displacement pumps, or any other suitable method including providing leak proof shuttering, materials, equipments, intercarting,mixing, placing, curing and all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, tackles, equipments, transport, fuel, scaffolding etc., complete.

Preparing the exposed surfaces of repaired concrete members and applying two coats of protective coating using high performance aliphatic acrylate coating (Dekguard S standard of fosroc or its equivalent) including one coat of dekguard primer based on silence siloxane, all as per manufacturer"s specfications and as directed including all materials, labour, brushes, tools, plants, equipments, transport, fuel, scaffoldingetc,. complete.

4845 Supplying, fabricating and placing in positionHYSD (Fe 415/500 grade) TMT steel bars as reinforcement for all RCC cover slab wherever required, including handling, cutting, bending and tying with 1.25mm dia black annealed steel binding wire including placing, all as per relevant specification, drawings and as directed including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel, etc., complete. 5248.(b).Debris Note: 1. The tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in Port’s approved format at his own cost for the quantity of debris transported. 2. Payment will be based on the lorry cubical content. 3. No deduction for voids will be made.
