2Dismantling the damaged floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with mosaic tiles / Glazed tiles/cuddapah slab and clearing away with carefully stacking the material useful for reuse for any thickness etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.
3Dismantling , removing and carefully stacking press tiles with weather course etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
4Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M. sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
5Dismantling , removing and carefully stacking RCC etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
6Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification
7Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)
8For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.
9Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

11Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)
12Brick work in following Cement Mortar using Fly Ash Bricks of 230 x 110 x 70mm size conforming to IS: 12894-1989 Class designation not less 50 kg./ sq.cm. average compressive strength in cement mortar 1:5 for load bearing structures for foundation and basement and for superstructure including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.
13Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best quality II Class Ground Chamber Burnt Bricks of size 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including curing etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
14Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 20mm thick mixed with Bonding agent Cebex112, Zydex -Zycrete 2X or other Equalent compound conforming to BIS at 200ml of One cement bag (50kg) for increased workability and air entrainment used finishing in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
15Flooring with followingDesignedceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand)base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)
16Dadooing walls withsize 450x300x6mm best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
17Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.
18Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
19Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to CI soil pipes (including the cost of 100mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.(The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).
20Renewing Refixing in position of CP Two way Bib cock with Health faucet with new one ofHealth faucet 15mm dia of approved quality and make including labour charges for fixing in position etccomplete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
21Renewing and refixing in position of SS heavy duty Long body tap of approved quality make to IS Specification(Gross weight shall not be less than 400grams) and quality including cost of shellac, thread etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
22Renewing and refixing in position of CP Angle Cock Tap of approved quality make conforming to IS Specification(Gross weight shall not be less than 400grams) and quality including cost of shellac, thread etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

25Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed interior plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
26Painting two coats of old plastered wall surface with ready mixed Exterior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour with primer including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
27Renewing and refixing the damaged aluminium anodized powder coated matt finish PLB partition with 63.50 x 38.10 x 1.28mm extruded box section at bottom, vrtical members are spaced at 0.80M, 1.60M and 2.40M height from the floor level. Panels should be covered with 9mm thick both side PLB exterior grade with necessary accessories like rubber beedings, aluminium clips, screws etc. The aluminium surface is to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordence with ISI 1868 / 1962 sprecifications for an arrange wall thickness of not less than 15 microns. The rate is inclusiveof cost of materials, conveyance, scaffolding charges if any required etc and necessary dismandling making holes in RCC (or) masonry works with power drill and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing the partition etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
28Supplying and Fixing the Executive L Shape Office of size 2400 mm x 600 mm x 760 mm with side 1500 x 600 mm x 650 mm , the table top is made of up 25 mm thick prelaminated particle board with side stoarge cabinet, drawer made up of 18 mm of PLPB with approved design and brand. The Rate includes of Material, Conveyance and Fixing Charges.
29Renewing and Repairing theTeak Wood Arm Chairs finishing with two coated varnish finishetc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
30Supplying and fixing of Perforated Rectangular Storm water Drain Precast Cover Slab 600 mm x 400 mm x 50 mm in position as directed by the departmental officers. The Rate inlcudes of the Material, labour, Transport and Fixing Charges.
31Reconstruction of damaged Manhole chamber of size 600 x 600 x 600mm with a base concrete of by new on of a base of concrete of Plain cement concrete 1:5:10, 10cm thick over a 10cm sand cushiion & brick work in CM 1:5 for chamber wall with 20mm thick 1:3 CM plastering for walls flooring including cost of labour charges curing cost of sFRC cover slab of size 0x60x0.60 including labour charges for fixing the slab inposition etc.,
32Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of various dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages, etc., complete complying with standard specifications.(The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). The rate for earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipe lines are proposed to laid below ground level

48Renewing and fixing Mild Steel Grills for windows and ventilators etc., including the cost of mild steel angles, plates, rods, cost of welding charges and one coat of priming coat etc., complete.(The design should be got approved by the departmental officers.)
49Repainting the new iron work two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour and brand including thorough scrapping preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
50Renewing the damaged Partitionwith new Hilux Board Partition using Alu,box section of size 50.80mm x25.40 mm x 1.16mm @ 0.581 kg/m,both horizontally and vertical direction with necessary "L" angles and screws, nails and fixed in the wall using drilling machine with neat straight alignment etc., after finishing the frame work and and fixed with both side Hilux Board 8 mm thick of best and approved quality with necessary star screws and also cutting the partition for electrical switch box and A.C.Plug Box and telephone box requirements and finally neat finishing etc,complete.The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, labour charges aluminium frame work, partition work etc, complete and as directed by the departmental officers, etc complete.
51Clean Surface thoroughly with water and remove any loose, flacks, fungus growth etc, by suitable mechanical means like scrapping or wire brushing and wash with adequate water to get an absolutely cleaned surface to take on further treatment. Gal – Tech Multiproof-AD SB modified polymer with cement and fine sand mix ratio 1:2:4 to full the grooves and surface cracks. The damaged and weaker sections of the roof is strengthened with SB modified mortar prepared with Gal – Tech Multiproof AD over that apply Gal – Tech Multiproof-AP SB modified polymer with filler mix ratio 1:2 one coat overnight setting. Over that apply Gal-Tech Flexi-Coat modified acrylic cementitious flexible coating - one coat overnight setting. This will seal all the pores and invisible cracks on the existing cementitious layer thus making it an intact strengthened roof. Over that apply Gal-Tech SR-COAT a high elastomeric pure acrylic sunlight reflective insulation cum waterproofing polymer membrane 2 coats with water mix ratio 5:1.

53Clearing the Branches, leaves and wastage materials conveying and dumped in low places out side the campus to tipper loary load including loading and unloading chrages for etc., complete complying with std. Specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
54Collecting the earth debries using tipper mechinary from works sport and dumping the same into low area to a distance of 3 km away from the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.
