The Job includes preventive as well as breakdown maintenance and repairs of all mechanical, electrical/electronic equipment installed for the respective AC system. a) Two number of chiller plants (Make: KIRLOSKAR Model KWS 230.22) each comprising of two scew compressors. b) Two number of electric boiler plants of 250KW each. c) Water Circulating Pipe Lines including Gate/Shutoff Valves including descaling of water pipes at least once during contract period. d) Air Handling Units of different capacities 14 Nos and two Cooling Towers. e). All water circulating and cooling pumps and motors. f).29 Nos. of SplitAir Conditioners of different capacities installed at various site in SKICC having capacities 1 ton 2.0 ton. |
| 2 | Overhauling of Electric Boiler (includes cleaning/descaling of water storage, immersion heaters, arresting of leakages if any, repairs of electric circuit including internal cable connections, bus bars etc. and other allied Jobs as may arise during the process of overhauling. the Job includes material for arresting leakages, descaling chemical, internal damaged cables with thimbles, busbars, nut bolts, etc.. |
