| 1 | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Boom Barrier Gate upto 5Mtr straight arm with following features: • 3-4 Seconds max. opening time/closing time • 100% DUTY cycle • BLDC Motor Operated • Boom Swing Away function (i.e. Boom shall have breakaway flange to prevent from breaking when hit by a vehicle) • Manual Operation in case of power failure • Auto-reverse function to enable barrier arm to reverse back as soon as it touches to an obstruction during the closure cycle, preventing injury to human or vehicle damage. • IR Beam Photosensors for safety at all Barriers to prevent the boom to fall on any person or vehicle. The work shall also include cabling/ducting required for the RX/TX modules operated on 24VDC and having potentio free contacts of NO/NC. The safety sensor TX are installed on MS Poles which are powder coated having base plate to bolt down and provision for RX/TX modules to fix on the same along with cables entry to terminate the sensor and will have adjustable eye to align the IR Beam within the range of minimum 30 Mtrs i/c testing and commissioning etc. • Foundation works with minimum M15 grade concrete of size 350x350x200mm • Ducting and Cabling works - Shall include the civil works required to make trench for laying the ducts.Also to provide cable of minimum size 5core/1sqmm for controls and 3core/2.5sqmm for mains power supply i/c pulling, laying and termination etc. as required by Engineer-in-charge (Make:Avon / Elka / Fortuna Control / Gunnebo / Automatic Systems) |
