Panel should covered from all sides with front and back lockable door and hinges complete, The cubicle panel shall be free floor standing type, complete with interlocking arrangement & earth bus. The panel shall have compartmentalized arrangement to accommodate one feeder in each compartment. A vertical cable alley of suitable width shall be provided to serve one or two vertical feeder sections. Also the openings between the bus bar chamber and the feeder section shall be shrouded with Bakelite/hylam sheet with minimum 3 mm thickness. 82Notes for serial item no.13.00 to 16.00 of BoQ:- (i) The cost includes cost of suitable pipes for cable protection at road crossings, cable trays, protective bricks, sand , excavation returning filling and removing etc. (ii) All exposed cables in trenches/wall/ceiling/roof trusses shall be provided with silicon based fire resistance coating compatible for PVC cables. (iii) All terminations shall be made with proper lugs in the approved manner.

NOTE: Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth GI earth strip/protection pipe etc. if any required at site shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’ NOTE -The quoted rate is deemed to include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm, center to center both ways, funnel with watering pipe.

86PIPING-CHILLED WATER
87Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the following nominal sizes of chilled & Hot Water plumbing pipes MS ‘C’ CLASS as per IS: 1239 of size 125mm dia including fittings, inside the building(with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fitting like valves, flanges, union etc. but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) cut to required lengths and welded at joints and inclusive of accessories like elbows, tees, reducers, sockets etc. including insulating with 19 mm (for all pipes) and 13mm (for drain pipe) thick closed cell chemically cross linked fire retardant polyethylene foam insulation of density 30 Kg/cum. The thermal conductivity of the material should not exceed 0.035 W/Mk at an average temp of 40 deg C, covered with aluminium faced foil complete with application with rubber based adhesive Pidilite SR 998 and 50mm x 3 mm thick self adhesive tape on both longitudinal & transverse joints includingrepairing damage to building etc simultaneously completeall as specified.

Note:- 1.The fire damper shall be of 20 gauge galvanised iron sheet. 2. The quoted rate is deemed to include cost of all items required for maing the fire damper fully functional irrespective of the descrption mentioned above.
129Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of Insulation material for duct acoustic lining resin bonded fiber glass wool 25 mm thick of density 48kg/ Cu. m with one side factory laminated either black glass woven cloth or black glass tissue.The Thermal conductivity of the fiberglass for air-conditioning application shall not exceed 0.034 k Cal per hour sq.m °C/metre at 30°C mean temperature andaverage Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC=1) frequency range from100 Hz to 8000Hz )and cover the insulation with 213 SWG perforated almn sheet having atleast 20% perforation with joint overlapped and screwed to frame by means of brass screws to produce an even surface complete all as specified.
130Supply install test and commissioning of thermal insulation of duct with 13 mm thick closed cell chemically cross linked fire retardant polyethylene foam insulation of density 30 Kg/cum. The thermal conductivity of the material should not exceed 0.035 W/Mk at an average temp of 40° C, covered with aluminium faced foil complete with application with rubber based adhesive Pidilite SR 998 and 50mm x 3 mm thick self adhesive tape on both longitudinal & transverse joints simultaneously all as specified.
131NOTE FOR DUCT for serial itemNos 50.01 to 56.00 of BoQ:- (i) Duct design and layout to meet the air conditioning as well as acoustic need of the projectin accordance to IS:655 duly vetted by IIT/NIT will be submitted by the contractor for approval of GE before commencement of ducting work. 139Note for item No. 58.01 to 58.04 :- (a)Contractor shall employ one operator ( Skilled ) for shift of 08 hrs ( 03 shifts per day) to operate the AC plant during all working days, Sunday and holidays. (b) Timing of shift shall be as fixed by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) All the stationary, T & P , minor items required to maintain the installations in presentable manner and always keep installation neat and clean. (d) The contractor shall ensure to pay minimum wages of skilled labour ( including reliever to operator as per labour act) as notified by Government of India/ state Government / Local body published time to time whichever is higher. (e) The contractor shall change/ discontinue the M & O staff every 11 months to avoid claim of permanent job in Govt department. (f) The commencement of Phase-II will be effective immediately after physical completion of Phase-I work. (g) All stationary such as log sheet, attendance register, duty roster etc required for manning and operation are to be born by contractor without any extra cost.
140Contd Notes for serialitem No. 58.01 to58.04 of BoQ:- (i) EPF shall be applicable as per EPF Act 1952 .(ii) The reimbursement of Contribution Amount quoted by bidder for EPF &ESICshall bereimbursed by theGE (The Principal Employer) in RAR and Final Bill only after submission of valid and authenticated document insupport of proof of payment by the contractorto the concerned workmen in addition to following documents failingwhich payment against these heads shall not be made:- (ii)The complete list of workmen employed by contractor on commencement of work furnishing details such asname,father name, address, Aadhar, Bank account No. shall be submitted. Such list shall also form part ofRAR/Final bill. (iii) In case of EPF, statement of Universal Account Number (UAN) of workmen issued by Employees ProvidentFund Organisation (EPFO) and the same shall be verifiedby Principal Employer (GE) either directly from the EPFOportal or insisting on a payment receipt obtained by the contractor from EPFO portal while depositing contribution. (iv) In case of ESIC, the detail such as Employer code, Insurance number of the insured workmen and monthly contribution statement.
