Stator Panel Shall Have 1600 Amp, Edo Type, 3 Pole, Micro Processor Based, L&T Make Acb. 3. Stator Panel Shall Have C.T. Operated Motor Protection Relay Of L&T Make Model Mm10. 4. 4. Stator Panel Shall Have Multi Function Meter Of L&T Make For Measuring Of Voltage And Current With Suitable C.T. 5. Stator Panel Shall Have Al Bus Bars Of Suitable Ratings For Termination Of Incoming And Outgoing Cables. 6. Cable Entry Provision Shall Be From Bottom With Suitable Al Gland Plate. 7. Stator Panel Shall Have Start And Stop Push Buttons, R, Y, B, Motor On, Motor Off Indications 8. Stator Panel Shall Have Provisions Of Interlocking With Fcma Slip Regulator For Proper Starting And Running. 9. All Components Of Stator Panel Shall Be Fitted In Self Standing Enclosure Of Thickness 2 Mm.

Technology: EHC-FCMA Technology & shall be of graded version 9. Enclosure: 2 mm sheet with powder coated doors and covers of shade RAL 7035. 10. Slip Regulator shall be suitable to restrict starting current 1.8 times of FLC to 2.2of FLC and acceleration time 30 sec to 60 sec depending on the load conditions. 11. Slip Regulator shall be suitable to provide dynamic Slip up to 15% as per load Conditions and shall have provisions for suitable interlocking arrangement with stator panel. 12. Slip Regulator shall have slip regulation contactor of suitable rating and suitable cooling fans. 13. Cable entry provision shall be from bottom with suitable AL gland plate. 14. Panel shall have AL bus bars of suitable ratings for termination of cable. 15. Panel shall have suitable earthing studs. SELF STANDING STATOR PANEL FOR 550KW MOTOR 1. Stator panel shall be suitable to start and run 500KW /415 V Motor of Rotor Volts- 925 V and Rotor Amp- 330 A for Cane Cutter application. 2. Stator Panel shall have 1600 Amp, EDO type, 3 Pole, Micro Processor Based, L&T make ACB. 3. Stator Panel shall have C.T. operated Motor Protection relay of L&T make Model MM10. 4. 4. Stator Panel shall have Multi function Meter of L&T make for measuring of Voltage and current with Suitable C.T. 5. Stator Panel shall have AL bus bars of suitable ratings for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. 6. Cable entry provision shall be from bottom with suitable AL gland plate. 7. Stator Panel shall have Start and Stop Push buttons, R, Y, B, Motor ON, Motor OFF indications 8. Stator Panel shall have provisions of interlocking with FCMA Slip Regulator for proper starting and running. 9. All components of stator panel shall be fitted in self standing enclosure of thickness 2 mm.
