Note : - (i) Complaint Should be attended immediately within one hrs & to be Rectified the same day at the earliest without effecting of service .( II ) Complaint should be attended 24 hrs through phone , ( III ) Complaint should be detail / attended by Specified Electrician / technician / Mechanic knowldge of AC Plant ( IV ) Contractor are provide toallnecessary T&Pto attending and rectified complaints
2M&L for 3 x 15 TR capacity AC plant Descalingof all sets ofcondensor tubes of central AC plant by disconnecting the condensor from the system, cleaning by descaling pump of suitable capacity of 110 ft head using descaling solution of Make:-MAIC / HIBIRD or Hydrochloric acid 20%, cleaning the system through cooling tower by using descaling solution, cleaning condensor tubes by nylon brushes & mild steel rods of suitable size, renewal of suction water filter as per below AC Plants. (Note:- T&P such as pumps, tube etc & descaling solution etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

28Taking out oil filter of compressor Make :- ACCEL, Model SMC 4 - 65 cleaning the filter by using kerosene or diesel and fixing in its original position with gasket set all as specified and directed.

36Dismantling defective GM gate valve 20 mm dia at drain pipe of cooling tower of AC Plant supply & fixing new GM gate valve 15 mm dia with GI Nipple, bends etc nuts & bolts and necessary electric welding all as specified and directed.
37Dismantling and removing defective Finns of FRP type cooling tower and supply and fixing new PVC Finns brick containing eleven layers size of brick 600 x 30 x 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.
38Taking down carefully rotating sprinkler from cooling towers and S&F new rotating sprinkler assembly from comprising of coupling made out of aluminium alloy with one side 50 to100 mm threaded, and other side with fixing arrangement of 04 Nos sprinkler arm distributed four way with one side ball bearing for easy rotation complete including 04 Nos of PVC heavy duty sprinkler arm pipe of 25 mm dia 300 mm long with six holes of 20 mm dia at equal interval complete with one side threaded check nut and other side dead end complete all as specified and directed.
39Taking out wire mesh filter from AHUs , cleaning the filter with castic soda and water with pump pressure and reassembling in their position complete all as specified.( Note Ceaning shall be done three times in a season and payment shall be made in once only .)
40Supply , assembly and erection in replacement of GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of "L" shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 26 Gauge.
