Supply and fixing of 2 hour fire rated Steel Fire Door Frame 100x57mmsingle rebated as per site and location complete with directions of Engineer-in-charge/ Fire Officer.a) The door frame shall be 2 hours 3 criteria rating (Stability, Integrity and thermal Insulation) fire door- fabricated and complying with requirements of CBRI Roorkee/Government Department and conforming to relevant BS: 476 Part 20 & 22 & IS: 3614 Part II.b) The frame shall be fabricated from 1.6 mm thick galvanized steel sheet conforming to IS:277 with a factory pre-punhced groove so as to accomodate Fire & smoke seal size 10 x 4mm Frames should be butt jointed and field assembeled with bolting sytem for proper strength. Frames shall be provided with holdfasts, fasteners etc. complete to the entire satisfaction and direction ofFire Officer/Engr-in-Charge.Note: The frame shoule be finished with Powder coating in desired shade.

Providing and Fixing 46 mm thick Steel fire check door shutter of 120 minutes fire rating for stability & Integrity & 20 minutes of insulation confirming to BS:476 Part 22 and IS: 3614 Part II fabricated with 2 nos. 1.2 mm thick galvanized sheet with infill of fire rated Mineral Wool insulation filler of 64 Kg./M3 bonded to both faces of sheet with lock seam joints at stile edges and internal reinforcement at top, bottam and stile edges for fire rating. The door frames are manufactured from 1.6mm thick galvanized steel sheet pressed form to single Rebate profile of size 100mm 57mm. The door frames and door shutters are finished with \"H\" primer plus powder coating etc. complete to the entire satisfaction and direction ofFire Officer/Engr-in-Charge.Note: The shutter shoule be finished with Powder coating in desired shade.

Supply and fixing of6mm thick, 2 Hrs. Fire Ratedclear glass which can also withstand thermal shock upto 800 degree centigrade shall be used as in vision panel and is to be fixed in between theglass beading by using ceramic fiber and fire rated acrylic sealant in accordance with BS : 476 Part 22, EN 1363/EN 1364 for stability and integrity etc completeto the entire satisfaction and direction ofFire Officer/Engr-in-Charge.(Make - SCHOTT / Saint-Gobain / equivalent)
