| 7 | Charges for fixing the end covers at both sides of the condenser after providing suitable gaskets and fixing the HT bolt & nuts (size 18mm x 80mm) tightening the bolt & nut admitting the Nitrogen gas inside of the shell and special testing for 20 kg /cm2and also admitting the water in the copper tubes total number of 161 Nos. at a pressure 300PSI and kept out checked condition for about 48hours, after confirming the withstanding pressure by N2 gas and water and should be released from the condenser as per the direction of engineer in charge. (The rates including the consumables like Nitrogen gas, T&P hire charges and also pressure testing equipments etc.,). |
