5Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joint 12mm deep andremoving the debris within 50 metres leadas per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge..
6Dismantling and removing 2.5cm thick artificial stone flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 metres lead as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
7Scraping old paint with scraper, sand paper and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges up to 5mtr height etc complete and as per directed by Engineer-in-charge.
8Supplying and fixing AC sheet in roof , drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties etc complete.
912 mm. thick cement plaster in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) over brick masonry includingcost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, curing, labour charges, T.& P. required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
10Priming one coat with any approved primer on plastered surfaceincluding cost of all materials etc complete and as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
11Distampering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost of scaffolding, surface preparation, T&P required for the work etc.all complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
12Finishing wall surface with water proofing cement paint of approved make on old work one coat to give an even shade including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete.
132.5 Cm. thick artificial stone flooring with cement concrete ( 1:2:4 ) including punning using 12 mm size granite chips & down gradesize black hard granite chips including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, curing, labour charges, T.& P. required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
14Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard or gravelly soil including rough dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from work site within 50 M. initial lead and 1.5 M. initial lift with cost of labour, T.& P. etc. required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
15Filling foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty etc. of all materials,labour charges, T.& P. required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
16Cement Concrete(1:3:6) with 40mm. size hardgranite metalincluding cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, curing, labour charges, T.& P. required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
17Brick work with Fly ash Bricks 25 cm x 12 cm x 8 cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg. / Cm2 with dimensional tolerance + 8 percent in cement mortar ( 1:4 ) in foundation and plinth including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, curing, labour charges, T.& P. required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
18Brick work with Fly ash.Bricks 25 cm x 12 cm x 8 cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg. / Cm2 with dimensional tolerance + 8 percent in cement mortar ( 1:6 )in super structure including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, curing, labour charges, T.& P. required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
19Providing and fixing of M.S. window grills, grill gates and collapssible gates made out of M.S. angles and flats etc.of approved classification and approved design & fabrication including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials etc.all complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
