| 57 | NOTES TO ITEM NO. 48:- (i) Maintenance shall be carried out through the OEM or his authorised technician. Supporting documents in this regard shall be submitted for approval of Accepting Officer prior to commencement of work. (ii) The OEM rep or the authorised technician shall attend the site daily and remain at site during office hours. Failue to do so shall invite penalty as stipulated in particular specfications. Proper attendance register shall be maintained duly signed by the contractor and Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Emergency visit will be carried out when called for, in addition to the normal monthly maintenance in case of any failure in the system due to any cause whatsoever without any additional cost.
