Required safety equipments such as hand gloves, headgears, masks, gum boots, oxygen gas cylinders etc shall also be arranged by the contractor. Labour trained in cleaning of sewerage sumps shall only be deployed to carry out the above job. Entire responsibility for safety of the deployed labour shall be of the contractor and deptt shall not be responsible for any mishappening or any type of loss occured during the execution of above job. Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of all the above factors and no extra payment shall be made for the same. |
