The floodlight housing should be made of die-cast Aluminium in powder-coated finish with engineered heat sink on light heads for faster heat dissipation. The light heads and modules should be rotatable and adjustable offering maximum flexibility to deliver precision light quality to meet required performance standards as minimum while ensuring non-glare light with 0% light emission without producing any spill light which can bother nature and surrounding residents. The light control should be with special optics made of high quality PMMA material and optical cover panel should be made of non-reflective toughened glass thereby offering IP66 ingress protection. The light control should be with IP66, IK08 rated dimmable (0.4% - 100% dimming range) built-in constant current 3-channel LED driver with DMX control interface. The LED driver can either be mounted on heavy duty die-cast Aluminium Floodlight bracket or can be remotely positioned up to 150m away from floodlight housing and having operating voltage range of 120V-270V, 50/60Hz AC. The driver should have natural convection cooling and should be suitable for an ambient temperature range of -10degC to +50degC and storage temperature of -10degC to +85degC. Driver lifetime should be 50,000 hours at 100% of load @ ta 45degC indoors and ta 55degC outdoors applications. The driver must be equipped with internal surge protection of 10kV.
