1ConstructionoftheProject/WorkontheSite as setforthinScheduleAandas specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D. Performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Contractor and ensuring compliance to all provisions contained elsewhere in the contract and in accordance with the provisions of this Tender Document and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Contractor under this Tender Document
2Demolishing of existing Structures/Buildings/Infra falling under Project site or any other structure falling in proposed work are including foundation/electrical item etc, by manually/ mechanical means, on as and where basis and taking away of dismantled/demolished material beyond AAI premises including disposal of un-servicable material and clearing of site as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Note: The above structures shall be handed overby EIC in phases for demolition and subsequent disposal. The salvage material shall become the property of agency and item to be quoted & executed as a credit item.(Quoted rate shall be reflected in negative(credit) automatically in Amount column)
3Maintenance of the Constructed Project in accordance with the provisions of this Tender Document and in conformity with the requirements set forth in Schedule-N Performance, SCC for operation and AICMC and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Contractor and ensuring compliance to all provisions contained elsewhere in the contract and in accordance with the provisions of this Tender Document and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Contractor under this Tender Document (quoted rate shall be firm and fixed for operations and AICMC)
4Operational and Service Charges including preventive maintenance, annual maintenance andmaintaining all horticulture works constructed under the project for 02 years.
