    1Supply of semiskilled attendant for Fire protection and detection system from Control room including day to day maintenance with all charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( 1 x 3 shifts x 180 days)
    2Supply and refilling of Diesel lubricant for D.G. operated standby Fire pump all including and Mock drill of the system in every 30 days interval including cost of replacement of sprinkler and cleaning the affected area.
    3Replacement of Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery consisting 12 V -180 Ah of ISI make.
