Providing , Supplying & fixing of openable Kitchen cabinets as per drawing made of HDHMR (High Density High Mositure resistant) board with density not less than 850 Kg/m3 and screw withdrawl strength not less than 350 Kg at edges and 450 Kg at faceof Action Tesla or equiavelnt including all hardware, screws and fittingsof Approved make like Hettich or equilavent , complete as per below specification Shelves/Frames/Vertical Partitions :- Supplying & Fixing of frame, shelves and vertical partitions to the exisiting precast cupboards with 18mm thick HDHMR Board of make Action Tesa or equivalentoverlaid with 0.8 mm thick white/balancinglaminate of make Greenlam or equivalent on both sidesfitted with necessary hardware and all exposed edges are covered with 2mm thick PVC tape using EVA hot melt glue at 200 degree C on the imported through feed edge banding machine etc. complete as specified and directed.Shutters & Frame:- Supply & Fxing of shutters & frame, 18mm thick HDHMR Board of make Action Tesa or equivalent overlaid with 1mm thick colour laminate make Greenlam or equivalent on exposed sides and 0.8mm thick white laminate on other side and and all exposed edges are covered with 2mm thick PVC tape using EVA hot melt glue at 200 degree C on the imported through feed edge banding machine including all hardware of Hettich/Ebco Make viz. i) steel, nickel plated hinges opening angle 105degreewith hinge cover 2 Nos. for each shutter min or as per manufacturer specification.ii) Nickle Matt/Bright Crome finish Handles with minhole distance of 128 mm, 1 No for each shutter iii) Magnetic catcher , tower bolt etc. complete as specified and directed iv) PVC corner guard as per drawing.v) SS jali for shutters as per drawing.All other hardware and screws complete as specified and directed by EIC.Note :- Only clear opening dimension (LXH) of the cupboard/cabinet will be measured for payment

Providing and fixing Matt finish stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates,flats etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts, welding etc. complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size,with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge.Note: For payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.

Providing and fixing chromium plated brass curtain rod 25mm dia. having wall thickness of 1.25mm with two chromium plated brass brackets fixed with C.P. brass screws andPVC sleeves etc. complete the job in all respects as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
