Stores. The rates shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, Inspection Charges, transportation (including Insurance Charges, packing & forwarding charges, cost of-handing- loading-unloading-stacking at consignees’ store sites, etc.|), all complete. The rates to be quoted shall remain firm andfixedtillthe date of completion of supply. (Cost of rubber gaskets shall be inclusive in the cost of pipes of different diameters.)
