10Taking out damaged rotten wooden planks flooring of landings, corridors and stair case including stacking of serviceable materials for re use and placing of unserviceable for further disposal by mechanical means.
11Providing and laying 38mm thick 1st class sal wood planking, tongue and grooved in flooring using 50% of the serviceable planks including fixing with iron nails/screws etc complete.
12Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 13.62.1 Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture
13Polishing on wood work with ready mixed wax polish of approved brand and manufacture : 13.69.1 New work
14Earth work in excavation by manually of bottom area of Mehtab Bagh & excavation the filling of earth and removing the dead load and without damaging to structure including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 300m and lift upto 3m disposed earth to be levelled and neat by dressed.
15Provision for hiring charges of hydra with fuel for shifting of heavy load materials from various site to stacked area inside Red Fort (8 hours per day)
